Army Navy Burger + Burrito — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

We went there on a Saturday. There were 2 aircons but still felt warm. My 2 year old was sweaty. There were two tables occupied plus us but they were busy with the Food Panda and Grab orders. The timing of the food to be served was terrible. Some of our orders were just sitting there in their counter for quite awhile without calling out for our number. I guess they were trying to complete our orders first. But some other people trying to follow up on their orders over our food on their counter so it was a no no! Good thing my husband checked, it was our really our food! 🤢🤢🤢 Got my steak quesadilla cold. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Some of the orders came out one by one again without calling our number. So my husband went back and forth several times on their counter to check if that was our food just sitting there on their counter. Not happy considering the price...

It was an extremely infuriating and dissatisfying visit at this branch on September 21st. Your cashier was giving us an attitude exhibiting displeasure to our arrival. Rolling her eyes at us and handing utensils and napkins like she was throwing tantrums. Yes, we were a big group that came in past 12 am. We were a bit noisy, but we were respectful and courteous. We even cleaned up after ourselves.

Food is not that great anymore. Buns were soggy. I did not enjoy nor finish the food due to our unpleasant experience.

I sent a complaint thru their website, but I still haven't heard...

Wost branch I have ever been to. It was so hot inside out of 3 aircons available only a single unit of aircon was on. Bathroom was visibly clean but there is a certain stench inside. The 🍟 are terribly underwhelming for it's price and size, the BFF fries of mc Donald's has a better price to size ratio than the freedom fries. Carnitas burrito had adequate size but no flavor at all even with the sauces and salsa they gave. Never coming back...
