Jollibee Commerce — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

I was disappointed with our recent visit to Jollibee Commerce. The staff were not friendly, and the service was lacking. One staff member took our order while we were in line, and I clearly mentioned that it was for dine-in. However, when I reached the cashier, she still asked if it was for dine-in, and I confirmed. Despite that, she mistakenly entered it as take-out.

When our order was called, I was surprised to see it packed for take-out. When I questioned this, the staff responded in an unpleasant tone, simply saying, “The receipt indicates take-out,” despite it being their mistake.

To make matters worse, the rice was undercooked, and we had to request a replacement. Additionally, the chicken portion was disappointingly small.

Overall, the poor service, food quality, and small portion sizes made for a disappointing experience. I hope the management takes action to improve both staff training and food...

I was impressed by this Jollibee store. It's spacious and clean. The service is good. The staffs are accommodating. It is lesser busy than other fast food store. The best feature is, it is close to a hotel, Banks and Supermarket. There are no small building or store which for me is a good thing because anyone who likes to go to other establishments or go shopping can go to Festival Mall which is not very far. I will be having breakfast here again. I did not like the coffee (although it is not too bad) but I will try their hot...
