Italianni's — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

we had a very bad experience at this particular branch in Alabang last weekend. This concerns one of your lady staff who forced us to leave the restaurant when we were already inside. And this is just because she doesnt know what safety protocols are being implemented at that time. We were already on our way out when 2 of her superiors saw us and thank us, that was when I told them, what thank you?? your staff forced us to leave considering my mom was in a cane and was having a hard time walking but still that lady staff of yours didn't want to accomodate us inside. And both of them were very clueless. It was when we were a bit far from Italiannis already when the said lady staff followed us and told us "pwede na" like what kind of professional attitude was that??? this is a very disappointing experience for us and we will definitely discourage our family and friends to visit any of your branch the soonest possible time. To the management, please train your staff, please make sure they know what they are doing and they are updated with your protocols. And most importantly, train them to be professionals, they definitely need customer service...

Even if it was just for a casual lunch in the middle of the work week, Italianni's did not disappoint. The timing that the service staff put in was impeccable. The waiter, Gelo, brought my drinks and bread out promptly whereas most restaurants I've been to here wait until the meal is served, which is a mistake. Is it customary here or just plain lazy, bordering on procrastination? I think the latter. The salad was introduced soon after snacking on the bread and it was delicious. Not really into salads and so this really stood out. Simple but yet exceptional. The entree came out not even a minute after I was done with the salad. Again, perfect timing. It, too, met the standard in regards to taste and presentation. Overall, I had a very good experience at Italianni's and would highly recommend it. Maybe the hostess can smile more and be a little bit friendlier. If she wore a Gestapo uniform, she'd fit right in to that role. Other than a misplaced rag/towel that was left on a table after it had been wiped down, just a measly 2 demerits and that says a lot about how good this...

We had a wonderful family dinner at Italianni's in Alabang Town Center, and it was a hit with everyone. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a family gathering.

Right from the start, we were treated to their complimentary bread with that delicious oil and vinegar dip. We tried to hold back to save room for our mains, but it was so surprisingly good that we couldn't resist asking for a refill!

For my main course, I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop, and it was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My family members all went for pasta dishes, and I heard nothing but positive comments from their side of the table.

But the ultimate highlight of our meal was the Blueberry Mango Cheesecake. Thank goodness we decided to share one slice! The serving size is enormous and can easily satisfy 3-5 people, especially after a full meal. It was the perfect sweet ending to our dinner.
