I ordered Sinigang Paella with Grilled Pork Belly as I've read a lot of good feedbacks about it. can't deny the pork belly was marinated and grilled well, but as for the paella rice it was too sour and I feel like eating burung kapampangan as the rice went to soggy and the fried kangkong somehow tasted like tempura or some sort of it was fried on where they also fried a fish. Probably that might be the goal of the dish, but not for my palette. Overall, the dish still was good.
The other one I ordered was Fried Suman, Mangga and Chocnut. Oh, this one is so nostalgic. Reminds me of life in the province and growing up in thr 90s. Kudos on this dessert, definitely something I will order again.
The staff were also attentive. The place was so homey and clean. And the menu would attract you to come back and try the other itema on their specialty list.
Absolutely something you can recommend to your friends...

The place is easy to spot since it is near the entrance of Westgate Center. This restaurant is located on a long stairway which is also good for photo ops. The interior is old, simple and neat.
At the entrance, the crew were enthusiastically welcoming. They are attentive and energetic. They know their menu that we could ask their recommendations. In all fairness, we liked what we ordered. The combination blended well. Other dishes are good too. The menu just need to specify if the dish is good for a group meal or for single serving.
I believe it takes creativity and talent to create a new recipe from the food we use to love but they did. They just didn't change the appearance but make a new texture and experience. It is therefore a good fusion and we...
