My wife and I (we are both senior citizens) wanted to have lunch but there were many hot spots so we requested to seat in a table that was in the cooler part of the restaurant. After being seated we were told to transfer to another table because the table we where seated in was for 4 persons. We told the waiter that we wanted to stay because the table they were suggesting was in the warm area. We were told that we had to transfer because that's what the manager said. FYI, There were at least eight other empty tables. Gone are the days wherein the customer was catered to. I have been a very loyal customer of this restaurant for years and never had a bad experience in any of the branches. However, I have noticed from the past that the service in this particular branch to be below the other branches. Although we were not the victims, I saw it happen to other customers in two other occasions. Unfortunately the third time around we were the victims. I'm so disappointed that I have decided to boycott Healthy Shabu Shabu in ATC permanently. I'm still a fun of the brunch in Robison Ermita. We were excited to eat here earlier but was disappointed with their service.
Resto was Not following safety protocol. Social distancing and checking of vaccination card wasn't done and implemented by crew/staff. We were eating when two customers arrived and seated beside us, they were plenty of vacant tables but the staff didn't ask them to vacate and transfer to another table (why? because they were foreigners? And we are Filipino?) I requested for a transfer of table instead and call ask for the manager to explain to him that need to follow and implement the protocols. Staff weren't oriented properly by the management. Resto doesnt have outdoor dining hence you should implement, observe and follow strict protocols while on pandemic if you really care for your customers and business. Paid 1700 for unpleasant and...
Read moreTheir hotpot or shabu-shabu was really authentic based from my taste buds as i tried the authentic one when I visited Japan, what i really like was the spices...it was all organic not that mediocre instant hotpot that has artificial ingredients, and factory made noodles. But, don't expect that they will serve fresh seafoods as we ordered the seafood set good for 2, and it was all frozen but servings was really large. So recommend this if you're looking for a authentic...
