Tl;dr: For the amount they charge especially on a weekend (around 1.1k), it was totally not worth it and I'd rather just get fast food delivered at home even if they have a birthday promo (which is standard for most eat-all-you-can places in malls nowadays anyway.)

Tried a lot of their dishes but they ranged from meh to egregiously bad.

Tofu had a weird smell, fish fillet was too salty, oysters were so small, pizza dough was like the cheap ones that feel like cardboard (+ it literally only has cheese), glazed chicken (forgot if it was like soy or honey) tasted like soap, coffee jelly and caramel macchiato just tastes like Kopiko Blanca, soda's so watered down it was just bitter and downright disgusting... etc.

Oh and their Japanese spread was by far the most disappointing. They shouldn't even offer it if the quality is just going to be embarrassingly bad. Kani was undercooked, tempura breading/batter was soggy and tasted like bread, the sushi slices were just an inch wide. I didn't get to taste the sashimi because they stopped replenishing it.

The only good dishes I tried were the sweet chili prawns and the beef in wine sauce. Salmon sinigang (or "seafood soup" as they called it) and beef with broccoli were also decent but nothing to write home about.

Ambiance was good, place was bright and very spacious so it didn't feel too crowded and PWDs were able to get around with relative ease. However, I did see a small cockroach skittering on the serving table so that was very off-putting.

Also, the staff going around singing birthday songs from table to table made my sister feel ill from how loud the speakers were. They didn't even turn off the default music that was already so loud we couldn't hear each other in a 5-seater table, so when they started blasting the discordant music, it was just unbearable.

Honestly, it's as if they don't care for the rest of the customers who go there to actually spend time to bond with...

After 10 years of being outside the country, finally able to eat at buffet 101 again, but was displeased with the service which is totally different from before. First, staff does not smile at all, does not look happy with their Job, no coordination. some staffs were just crowding in one place. Second, they dont refill the food, there was a shake at the time but would was only limited for a few number, not unlimited at all. when asked about it, they lied that they had been serving it continuously where in fact we had been waiting for it to be served since the time that we entered the buffet, they also said that they ran out of it but when the supervisor was notified, they magically was able to provide some. They also stopped refilling some desserts, like cakes, fruits, sashimi etc,. they will only do refill if you complain to the supervisor. third, the server of noodles. He was washing diahes and serving at the same time, When I asked about the noodle soup, he soaked/rinsed his hands in a bucket of water that was used to rinse the dishes, he didnt even wiped hia hands and you can see bubbles from the soap dripping from his hands then will be preparing the noodle. you really would notice the soap bubbles, dripping from his hands and wouls go to the bowl. I returned the bowl and reported the staff. It looks like they do not care about hygiene because most of the staff would be holding things without rinsing/drying their hands. They will not serve the tray with the celebration icing unless you pick it up. lastly, they were cleaning/closing on a section, like the soft matcha ice cream, stopped replenishing cups for coffee and plates, when in fact they are still allowing new customers to come in, which I think is unfair for the new comers. I hope everyone could read this first before making an effort...

The place is spacious so you can walk around with ease even if it is fully booked. Their staffs are also approachable and kind. Their food selection is great. I liked the most is their carbonara because it's not dry. All the dishes I've tried are all good. The shrimp and mussel is okay but it's cold so I don't like it. You can asked them to cook or grill the seafoods for you, so I tried it because I want it freshly cooked or warm but I haven't seen how they do it and they served it cold again. Please improve your kani salad, ALL dessert section, and all the small square cakes or cheesecakes. Please improve your Japanese cuisine especially the tempura (it's fake crab meat or I wasn't able to get the shrimp?) and all the maki (it's a scam actually, some are just fake crab meat only or cucumber only or both. I ate California maki and spicy salmon which is so so) I liked all their drinks especially the caramel machiatto frappe. They also have frozen yogurt, hot coffee and tea. Wasn't able to try their noodles, soup, and halo-halo because I'm so full. Wasn't able to try much of their Chinese cuisine, only the stir fried noodles. My colleagues enjoyed the Lechon. I hope you can improve all your dishes especially Japanese cuisine and desserts. All in all, good experience though. I don't have other photos aside...

Wow... I have been here 4 times already (Lunch) and I still enjoy eating and drinking my favourite unlimited drinks..(Red Wine), powdered juices, flavored water, hot tea and coffee. Great choice of international and some Filipino food and drinks for less than 1,000.00 pesos with discounted price... will go down to 600 plus pesos per head. The place looks very nice and with comfortable seats but some of the bench needs a really good cleaning, there were some obvious looks like oil stain. I find the floor slippery. I already made a complain about it but I guess they don't always listen to their regular customer. Some staff are very good some are not... bit of a snob! One has to wait for Milk tea..It should be made before they open. I once had to wait till almost 1.30 pm for the milk tea...not good! To the Manager please..make sure your staff will not do some cleaning while people are eating..It's a bit turn off to some people who are eating like me...was a bit disappointed to see the dirty water use for cleaning some of the bench. I will surely go back again but hoping Milk tea is ready once restaurant is open and hope floor is not slippery anymore. Also do something about the ice cream it should be easy to scoop for us to enjoy eating..Ice cream is rock hard...pls...make it a bit softer to scoop.
