AMBIENCE The interior's colors are very Ateneo (a university reference) but this common at other Greek restaurants. We dined here a few times already and it was always chill and cozy. It's a hit and miss for us to get the timing right because at one visit, we were there around lunch time and had to wait in the queue for a very long time. Parking was relatively easy since the restaurant is at Molito. If no open parking slots are available, there's always the basement parking.
BEVERAGES Cyma Iced Tea is a home-brew type that was very strong, sweet and heavy. At the same time, the Yogurt Shake had delicious yogurt and fruit rind on top; this was a first and I loved it!
FOOD They excel in serving excellent and elegant food! Greek Nachos is on the top of my list because of how refreshingly addicting the toppings and soft pita are. I always want more and more! Kalamarakia and Solomos were fairly good while the Yiouvetsi was really heavy on the belly. My second fave would be the Meat Platter, an abundance of more fluffy pita and some well-cooked meat. Potatoes au jus deserve the same attention for its texture; really nice to chew into.
SERVICE There was just one instance where the one who lined us up in the queue that busy lunch day appeared to be moody, and that's okay; we're all human. We could really see it in her slightly agitated face and we felt awkward speaking with her midway. Good thing she snapped out of it when it was time to go to our table. I hope she was able to resolve whatever it was that was bothering her that time. In spite of that, everyone else was very kind, checked on how our food was, and were quick...
Read moreThe food here is life-changing lol seriously. I usually steer clear of Greek restaurants because I honestly don’t even know or understand half of what’s in the menu (sorry). Thankfully, I went here with a friend and she had plenty of things to recommend. And good lord, as soon as the food arrived, it was like I was transported to a different place and time (ergo, pre-covid when everything was happier lol). We had Hummus, the Cyma Roka Salata, the Angry Greek Pasta, and the Moussaka. Now listen: I don’t have much experience with Greek cuisine, but all I know is that the food is pretty freakin TASTY. My fave was prob the Angry Greek Pasta. The spice coupled with the frozen Greek yogurt is freakin amazing. I feel like I’ll continue to have dreams about it in the next month or so lol. And the portions were HUGE. Pretty sure we ordered single servings for all, but my god, we couldn’t finish everything as we were already at risk of throwing up due to overfeeding lol. AND the prices aren’t even expensive! Like with that big of a serving + QUALITY (!), you’d expect it to put a hole in your pocket. Also the service is great too! Shout out to Ivan our waiter. He was super nice and efficient! He explained the menu items well too. We felt bad cos we got a table (al fresco) that was pretty far from the restaurant, but despite it, he was very efficient. Sorry for rambling on but TLDR: 5 stars, would...
Read moreSorry but this really was not as good as I expected. Parking was not easy or organised and if you have elderly members in your party they do not offer parking for such.
Then to add insult to injury you have to pay for parking 50php for the first 3 hours - additional.per hour there after.
If paying for parking I would expect the offer to be better than it was.
The menu is ridiculously high for what they are offering. You can get just as good quality in many Malls across the Philippines. Seriously the cist fir just a wrap was ridiculous.
Then when ordering drinks they did not have what was on the menu - what made it worse was that the people taking the orders did not know in advance and would have to come back for you to choose an alternative.
The Salad was good, but 3 times more expensive than in some locations I have visited.
The Wraps already shared comments on this - they are not worth the charge.
The other 13 members of the group had various items and was agreed that it was just not upto some of the other places we have visited.
The good part was the Fresh Yogurt and a redeeming feature - that came out of a machine.
As for telling the staff about concerns - if they are not aware of such issues then tgat is the restaurants issue not the customers.
WOULD I RECOMMEND? - Certainly not - you are paying for the location
WILL I...
