BEST coffee I had in Panglao, Bohol so far. I only stayed here for 3 days and only had the chance to visit a few coffee shops but most of the ones I got to try are just ok. Some are watered down, lacks flavor, etc. In here, I ordered hot MOCHA and I must say, it has good flavor, thickness, and has a WELL BALANCED flavor.
We also ordered the CHICPEA MUSHROOM sandwich since we are pescetarians but mostly eat vegetarian food. It had good flavor, wasn't dry, (which is most usually the case when we order sandwiches like this in other places) and servings are generous.
We also ordered the CEASAR SALAD, the ultimate test (to see if it tasted like mayo or bottled salad dressing) but it was surprisingly good too! Didn't taste like commercial mayo or bottled salad dressing which is a really good thing. And again, the serving was quite generous.
Staff are attentive, professional, and overall nice! It has free WIFI + it's a social enterprise too. I would recommend this place. I would go back here especially for the coffee too.
Value for price, that's what I would say. I didn't expect much when I entered the establishment since other restaurants had bigger spaces with nicer interiors so it was a really pleasant experience for us to get good food with a not so expensive price tag. We even got a...
Read moreOk, so I am the type to read reviews and look at photos before going to cafe’s and I am SO HAPPY that Craze was so close to my hotel. I have been there everyday—whether for a coffee, food or dessert. It has ALL been delicious.
I have personally had the Chicken Caesar salad, flat white, latte (just as strong as flat white, just bigger), pesto toast, fresh fruit crepe, veggie burger and oat bowl—all delectable. My friend had their beef burger and chocoholic waffle and loved it as well.
The most amazing bit is that Craze is a community project and the people working there are lovely! Jonel, Jefford, Dalia and Lloyd were some that I met and were all helpful and a delight to be around. They are all from the community and have learned their skills to work at the cafe through the project. Good food with a good cause is always a plus.
Another perk for me as a foreigner is that I was able to pay with a card and keep cash for all the other things I had to pay in pesos.
I still have two more days here and I will obviously get my am coffee and likely need that veggie burger again before leaving. So grateful to have found this gem. I haven’t even given any other cafe’s in the...
Read moreWe were here today and we really love the place!
It is a little cafe, with a few spots inside but with few tables in a little front yard, very cute. In the main road, close to alona beach.
It has a lot of options for breakfast and lunch, creps, fruit bowls, smoothies, paninos, salads, deserts and ice creams. I ordered I salty crepe which was very nice and also a sweet one later and I recommened to try both for sure but the one with chocolate was a dream! It also has match that you cant find it everywhere and we could even ordered dirty matcha. I love matcha, so if you do, I advice you to try also the Matcha Icecream, really nice!
The staff was also very nice, specially Jonel who speaks very good english, even a bit of spanish, and was very helpful and even advise us places where to go!
Thank you so much guys, we...
