I ordered the chicken pot pie. It was served to me ice cold inside. They took it back and returned it still barely warm inside. I'm waiting for the 3rd attempt. No apology. The waitress then says that the cook wants to go home . Thanks for the response, but after the 2nd attempt, which was still not edible, that's when the waitress said the cook wanted to go home. So, I never got to try the pot pie. To be frank, I wouldn't want to try again as I would be afraid of getting sick. Obviously, there is no system in place to ensure food is being served at the correct temperature. As far as a one star rating, the waitress didn't care either. She acted as if I was bothering her, as if my complaint was not valid. I had a beer and it was satisfactory but I'm not going to give the beer a highe rating. Sorry. As far as blaming it as being in the Philippines, that is a lame excuse. Read moreWhat a great restaurant and bar! My wife and I spent two weeks in Panglao and we went there every day. The owner, Kelly, invites every customer like family. The well-trained staff do the same. They have the coldest beers in town and a full bar as well. The food is absolutely delicious! The menu is quite diverse including American, Mexican, Aussie, Hawaiian, Italian and Indian. I had a little of everything and all were fantastic. On Saturdays they have fresh-from-the-oven Aussie pies, which are very popular. There are plenty of regular customers every day, and plenty of happy first-timers like us, who turned regular. They have multiple large screens that play everything from sports, to music, to free video games. You can put on anything you want to watch. We can't wait for our next visit to Panglao to come back to the Roadhouse that feels like home. Thanks...
Read moreBest kept secret in town. This underrated little resto-bar serves up some really good food and sports (UFC Sundays!!) at this casual roadside spot. I’ve come here for both breakfast and dinner and have yet to be disappointed. The food is solid, affordable and quality!
