I recently had the pleasure of visiting Island World Panglao and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning natural beauty that surrounded me.

The resort itself is a true oasis of tranquility. The accommodations are spacious, modern, and elegantly designed. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided exceptional service throughout my stay, ensuring that every need was met.

One of the highlights of my experience was the breathtaking beach. The crystal-clear turquoise waters and pristine white sand created a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging under a palm tree or taking a dip in the refreshing ocean, I felt completely immersed in paradise.

The knowledgeable staff was always available to provide recommendations and assist with any arrangements, making my stay even more memorable.

The manager and staff is very friendly and their service is great. Especially their driver kuya Arve, friendly, easy to approach and easy to ask questions. He was very attentive when it comes to his driving services as well.

The pool was great and clean. Also at night the lights adds a nice touch , a cool vibe. You can rent a scooter easily at this resort too. They can also arrange private tours. A/C and the fan were good nice and cool in our room. Free shuttle to alona beach and airport was a great addition time frame was 8am to 10pm but might change just ask front desk. The room we had was clean and neat. Except the bed it had some stains and the fabric smell of detergent was very strong. To add that was weird was the see through panels at the side door leading to the outside. We ended up taping it for some privacy cause it was kind of weird that its like that (refer to photo). Also the washroom window you can easily see the person inside showering, so we also taped the sides for privacy. The bidet needs to be cleaned cause mold has built up on it. The flooring made squeeking sounds when stepped on since the wood is old. Mosquitos got in somehow in the room a lot and some other bugs.

Overall island world resort was a good stay. And hopefully they take this review as a positive way to improve so they can be better and gain more customers. Because bohol is a great tourists spot. Until next time island...

We stayed for 2 nights at Island World Panglao as a family of four (2 adults and 2 young girls), and honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer! This was our second resort in Panglao, and it completely exceeded our expectations.

The two pools are absolutely stunning—already beautiful in photos, but even more amazing in person. The whole place has a peaceful, tropical charm that instantly relaxes you. It's set in a quiet, beautiful area, yet still close to the beach. They even offer transfers to the beach, which made things super convenient.

The room was huge, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved the relaxing sofa on the terrace—perfect for enjoying the calm surroundings.

The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. A big thank you to the chef for such amazing meals! The reception staff were also incredibly helpful—they arranged our early 5:30 AM airport return and even prepared breakfast for us to take. Staff were always smiling and willing to help you...people make this place so nice.....
