Place is a 4.5 for my experience but giving this a 5-star because I would return. Issues with neighbors.

As previous read in other reviews the road here is a little off-putting but hang in there and whatever you do don't try going down that road on a full bladder.

My area is exactly like the photos!! I dont remember anywhere the place is identical to the photos. My villa - with 10 ft walls felt more like a compound and that's how I pretty much referred to it. My compound was the very last and at the back of the property. Gives a sense of being away from it all and was exactly what I was looking for, or so I thought.

First the bad so I can list all the positive things.  When I arrived I was told how peaceful it was going to be and that I didn't have any direct neighbors. I had no one around me and that the only noise I was going to hear were going to be birds which I expected and wanted however that is not what I got. What I did t know was that birds = roosters. For 5 nights I dealt with:

Neighbor was shooting every day - some days heavyee than others. Every couple minutes right outside the walls of my area. Some sounded like a canon at times. Was making me jump out of my skin because it was so close and you could hear it from inside the bedroom with AC and TV. Several roosters that crowded ALL DAY - not just a morning even on dark. There is a rooster and goat located right next to the wall and could be loud. multiple dogs barking nearby at all hours. The pipe bombs going off would really get them going but even without the booming. Smoke started around 6pm and at times so heavy had to stay indoors to escape and couldn't have an evening swim. a couple times I reached out via WhatsApp and wouldn't get a reply or would be slow to respond. Evening swims were out as the burning smoke smell was too strong.  Some nights was stronger than others.

Positive: Filipino people in general are pleasent but this staff is great. The grounds are kept immaculate. I even saw someone painting a wall that didn't look like it even needed painting!  That's just how beautiful the grounds are kept even outside your immediate compound. For being outside in the nature didn't have a lot of bugs.

My compound was covered with multiple palm trees and native greenery - just "stunning" is the only word I can use. The grounds are maintenanced daily - unfortunately that means that you need to close your curtain because they come in unannounced early in the morning to pick up leaf debris. As a solo female that was a little shocking.

Within my compound there is a sitting area for if you choose to smoke or just wish to sit outdoors. Pool reaches about 5' with a couple of lounge chairs and the outdoor kitchen and eating area. There is a hammock with an outdoor pillow.

The bedroom is the only air cond area. The bathroom is attached but not really AC as the windows are open but screened but best to keep the door closed.

The bed is super comfortable with a couple pillows on each side and netting covering. The like everything, the room is immaculently clean. The bathroom even has a mini fridge so that you can keep cold drinks close at hand so you don't want to walk to the outdoor kitchen at night.

Because I was in a larger villa I had breakfast each day and the American was yummy and the coffee was so good.

There is a drying rack for you to wash your clothes and the sink has a stopper and is deep enough to wash a shirt.

The shower is outdoors but the 10ft concrete walled area does give you a sense of security.

Outside convenient store (7-11) and food (like 6 options) delivery is 100 pesos and round trip to town is 400 pesos.

If I was looking for a private compound and could deal with rooster and dogs all day, this is the place!  The gun put me on edge so much at times I found it difficult to...

everything is beautiful here Especially the service is very considerate and immediate I have any travel problems can be resolved The resort cooperates with many tourist activities, restaurant deliveries, taxis, tricycle transfers, chartered cars and car rental services, which are very considerate and convenient The two beauties at the service counter are also very nice Except that we only provided short blankets and sheets in the twin room on the first day, so we didn't sleep well, but the normal quilt was delivered the next morning, so I think it feels good, and then there are a lot of mosquitoes, but yes Normally, mosquito coils are provided. The room is beautiful, comfortable, and the service is good. It is worth coming again.

Important advice! It is highly recommended that those who cooperate with the resort can change to another massage partner. I booked a family massage service for four people on the first day. As a result, the fingernails of the girl who helped me massage were very long, which made me very uncomfortable. The skin was constantly scratched and long. In the last ten minutes of my hair, the masseuse massaged me by pulling my hair, and it took ten minutes! Pulling hair is something I can do by myself, I think one minute is enough but she pulls for ten minutes makes me very uncomfortable, and makes me wonder if I booked 90 minutes and she didn't know what to do later The massage can only be repeated. I have massaged more than 100 massages in Southeast Asia for the first time. I think it is very unprofessional. It is even expensive to charge 1,000 pesos locally for 90 minutes. I hope that a perfect resort can There is perfect service. Although it costs more money, you can enjoy high-quality massage in the resort, so I hope you can pay attention to the quality of the cooperative...

I visited here few weeks ago for an overnight stay. It is located deep inside an alley, so despite the short distance, I had to pay 200 pesos for tuktuk ride from Alona beach. After a little bit of bumpy ride, you'll soon find a beautiful, peaceful place. Check-in procedure was very smooth. Actually, it made me feel really good because the check-in staff was very accommodating, courteous and formal. 😄 Talk about room condition. Even though I chose the most affordable option, I was satisfied to the fullest. They offer a big villa with aesthetically designed rooms, while even having a large yard with some furniture to rest! This quality for this price? Fire. ❤️‍🔥 Luckily I had a chance to bump into the owners of the residences. Accordingly, they set up here in hope of furnishing people a place to seat back and relax with nature. I think they made it since I felt really cured while the stay. Additionally, they said that they harness UV rays to have their pool clean-while not contaminating the environment. We met another staff while checking out, and she was so nice as well. She coordinated us a trycicle ride to our next destination, and had a conversation with us until the ride comes. I almost forgot to refer about their cute dog Zen! 🐶 I would highly recommend here. It's definitely a must-go! It was marvelous experience. ✨️

Additional information: There are some soft drinks and ramens in the kitchen. Of course you have to pay, but the price is quite affordable. If I'm not mistaken, a can of coke was 80p. Since the road is not so good, you might find it hard to eat outside. For this case, they prepared a delivery service. You just pick a menu, call the reception, then they will contact local restaurants...
