Summary: Rude Customer Service! If you're a Filipino, you might feel like a 2nd class customer/tourist unless your clothes are all gold plated and diamond crusted.

It took us a while for the staff to take our order. After our order was taken, it took more time for our food to be served than other people who came in later than we did. They got their food served first even though they had a larger quantity of food.

The food itself does taste fine but overall, it tastes mid. We ordered the Klassic Kare Kare, Crispy Pata, and some garlic rice.

When we finished our food and asked for our bill, again, other people's bill got taken of first before ours did. When our change was given, the manager(?)/senior staff just slid the bill over to us rudely while I noticed that he gave it politely to the aforementioned people before us. The senior staff that did this was a balding middle aged fat man with glasses. Mind you, we paid our bill in full which was NOT inexpensive.

It is very ironic that a restaurant that serves Filipino food would treat one of their own like this. I fully understand that food service industry is a very demanding job, however we still expect a decent customer service considering the price you are charging your customers with.

For people looking for a place to eat reading this review, you can still eat here but just wear a big diamond necklace so you can expect...

Rudest service we experienced from several staff! One star for good food, however not the best food. Sikreto ni Maria and Chocolate Fondue Suman can still be improved.

1st, the maitre d' wasn't attending the door, passed by us a couple of times before entertaining us, then while entertaining us, entertained 2 more groups who were behind us in the queue.

Then, he offered tables to the 2 groups behind us, went back to us then told us it's because our table was still being prepared. But prior to queuing, we can see the table already set. The whole restaurant had glass facade!

2nd, after settling, we had to call and ask for the menu. When the menu arrived, the waiter told us they had only limited ingredients and cannot prepare/cook all that is in the menu. When we asked for bam-i the waiter told us not to order that since there will be a lot of ingredients and they cannot make it, not because they lack ingredients, but because it will take long to prepare!

3rd, as we were finishing our meal, another waiter was already getting our plates while we were still eating, holding our spoons! His hand was already holding my plate before he even asked if I am done eating!

The rudest service! They may want to accommodate more people to get more income and tips but they shouldn't do all those things! They are not a fast food joint. People dine there not just for the food but also for...

Mais Con Hielo: We started off with this, and everything expected of a Mais Con Hielo was there. I enjoyed drinking the milk afterwards!

Gule Magalang (vegetables with squash): With all the vegetables we've ordered, this would be 3rd place in my list. It's probably because I have squash more often than the other choices.

Paco Fern & Tomato Salad: I'm a salted egg addict lately and the ferns were cold, refreshing, and a good diversion from commonly-ordered salads everywhere.

Laing with Tinapa (gabi leaves, coconut milk, smoked fish flavor): This was my favorite dish for our last visit. Coconut flavor is LIFE and I was the one who finished this dish too! :)

Sinigang na Boneless Bangus Fillet with Ripe Guava: SUPER GOOD as always! I have only good things to say about this soup dish for sharing. The scent of the guava was as refreshing as the flavor when tasted. Quantity of fish was pretty fair and I only spotted one small fish bone. That could be a good or bad thing but, for me, it was good. Just eat carefully.

Crispy Tadyang (marinated deep-fried beef ribs): The crispy texture was very interesting but I wasn't so into it after awhile because it was a bit dry. It could be intentional since it came with atsara and vinegar, but I seldomly add those to my food.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff of this branch for the excellent singing at our table. I loved the energy and was...

We had a late night dinner here after watching a ballet performance and orchestra. The restaurant is just outside the exit door of The Theatre's Door 3. We were seated right away and our funny server, Linden answered all of our questions about the menu with a twist. He perked up the group. As for the menu, it mainly offers Kapampangan cuisine which is interesting and unique in its own way. The food was delivered within 20 minutes. Although the dessert and lumpiang ubod were prepared right away. I recommend the dessert. It is simple and yet has all the things you like: the sticky rice, mango, and the macapuno ice cream was just perfect. The ubod on the other hand was a bit underwhelming. It didnt have that fresh feeling to it. The mongo soup was disappointing and interesting at the same time. There is a strong smoked tinapa aroma to it that entices you to eat but once you taste it, it just falls short. Also, for the price we paid and the serving we got, I think it was the least item I liked. Overall, I think I would return at another time to try their main meals when its not too late in the evening to eat. I think its promising place to eat with so many interesting items in its menu.

Located near the carpark from the Theater side. Its a quiet and cozy restaurant away from the casino and the main hall. It serves local dishes like Kare-kare, crispy pata and yes they have Halo-halo. Service is quite good. Serving size do tend to be a bit smaller and the price point is way much more. Understandlbly its inside a hotel so prices do tend to be higher than their regular store elsewhere. Serving time can take awhile and all our dishes came out in one out instead of one dish at a time.

3 stars for now. One of the dish we ordered is not available. I'm not a fan of their version of pork sisig. Too fatty for me and lacks charring. Saving grace was the sinantol na hipon. It's hard to find Filipino restaurants that serves it. Will I go back? Yeah, I still would like to try the other dishes before I decide never to come back.
