Food Selection authentic Italian cuisines their wine collection is mind boggling, too many to choose from the dishes we had were both delicious & quite filling (quite similar to the ones we had at the Medley Buffet, when we could taste the flavor of the meat without the seasoning getting in the way) the pasta had enough flavors that we could actually enjoy eating it even without the sauce & toppings the pastry selection - even just the welcome pastries - were delicious that we ate more than we would have wanted to (as we had wanted to save more room for the main course) the lingering aroma of freshly baked pizzas was appetizing the plating of each dish was very inviting the serving size was generous, unlike in some fine dining restaurants where patrons would need to eat "real food" after, just to be satisfied/filled (for those with little appetite, it would be better to share the dish or request smaller servings so as not to put to waste such delicious creations; while one can have a take out, I would recommend against it, as partaking of such a finely made dish later, ruins some of the more subtle flavors that freshly served dishes bring out)
First Visit Jan. 30, 2019; Dinner; Ristorante (Main Dining Area); 3 pax
Service we just walked in (no reservation) reception was professional & courteous (similar to Medley Buffet) our server was accommodating, very helpful, & gave good meal suggestions, including which wines would go best with each dish our server was the one who suggested to us the private room for group events, where guests can bring infants (because it is a fine dining restaurant, they do not allow infants in the main dining area; but, they allow infants in the private rooms)
Ambience the dress code of the place kept the place more visually appealing with less incidence of unsightly "events" that may ruin one's appetite we love the serenity of the place, we could almost talk in whispers & still have a decent conversation the seats were very comfortable as with any fine dining, the lighting is a bit dim for me (it's just me), but, lighting is enough for me to still see the beautifully plated dishes temperature was just right, considering that we were in our business attire
Second Visit April 19, 2019; Dinner; Private Room; 12 pax including 1 infant
Service since we love the sumptuous dishes & the ambience during our first visit, we decided to have a small private party in one of their private rooms at a later date the private room had a good view of the Okada Fountain that allowed us to watch without having to go out reservation was great considering the circumstances = most of our guests had dietary restrictions/requirements that we indicated on the reservation = the date of our private party coincided with the end of the renovation of their private rooms; fortunately, renovation was completed on time = they actually reply to email (and quite promptly too) the servers were very helpful in guiding our guests which dishes meet their dietary requirements (per the servers, if we requested some ingredients to be taken out of a dish given the dietary restrictions, doing so may ruin the flavor) our main server seemed to be a bit nervous, but his superiors ably guided & assisted him to attend to our group's needs
Ambience we liked the couch in the private room we used we liked the brighter lighting inside the private room the curtains gave us enough visual privacy from the other patrons, however, the glass doors may not have been enough to contain our louder conversations, that I fear we might have disturbed the other patrons in the casual dining area (i.e., Trattoria) next to our private room
Wish List we just wished that we could have thanked the Chef personally (& even had a picture with him) for coming up with such delicious dishes, that are appealing to the senses & very satisfying. Thank you Chef!
Pricing for a great fine dining experience, it is worth the price (the private rooms have minimum consumables) parking at Okada was free...

Oct 2025. Family
Date: October 20, 2025
It was my mother's birthday and we had a reservation, We were a group of six.
Service:
Patricia did a phenomenal job as our server. Make sure to request her. Very genuine, professional, and kind. I felt comfortable with her as our server and she was not over the top and was also not intrusive.
She was one of the highlights of this dining experience. 5/5 for Patricia. INCREDIBLE.
One bad thing was the female receptionist. The one with the glasses. I forgot her name. We were waiting at the reception area and she had to guide the group before us to their table and a male staff member assisted us. The male staff member guided us to our table and once we got in at the entrance to the fine dining area, the female receptionist was on her way back to the reception area, and she said to the male staff member "Ano yan?" (What's that?) casually while we were there with the staff member standing. It gave me the feeling of being objectified. It was rude. One of the things I hate the most is being referred to as "yan" or "that". We are human beings. We are customers. Don't treat us as objects. At least be professional. You're in a fine dining restaurant. You were probably asking about what table we were going to be at, but that doesn't excuse you from referring to us as "that". That left a bad taste in my mouth and a bad impression. YOU'RE THE FACE OF THE RESTAURANT as the receptionist.
Thankfully, PATRICIA was there to save the night and redeemed the negative impression left by the female receptionist. PATRICIA'S service was IMPECCABBLE. She deserves a raise. If it wasn't for her, I would have given a lower rating.
They also sang Happy Birthday to my mother and it was great.
Food:
Burrata-3/5
Burrata itself was okay, but tasted too sour with the tomatoes for my taste. Not for me.
Margherita Pizza-3.5/5
It was okay too. Too sour for my taste. Not for me too
Quattro Formaggi Pizza-4/5
Very good. Liked it better than the Margherita. Good crust. Nothing was overpowering and everything was balanced.
Carbonara-4/5
I liked the crispy guancinale.
Tagliatelle Al Brasato-5/5
Never had this before and it tasted great for me.
Pollo Arrosto - 4/5
Tiramisu-5/5
This one was AMAZING! Not too sweet, perfectly balanced. Amazing texture. Great coffee taste on the first bite which made me keep on going for more.
Winner...
Read moreReservation was very convenient. You can reserve thru a website. Upon arriving, the front of the house was very accommodating. She guided us to our seat while explaining where the comfort room was and also the schedule of the fountain show. They have a private veranda where you can watch the fountain show away from the crowds. Our servers, Marco and JP, were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant atmosphere was really nice. It wasn't crowded and it wasn't noisy. It was perfect for a casual night out (or even for a date night)!
As for the food, the complimentary bread was soooo good. It was super soft inside and the crust was perfectly crispy. We ordered rigatoni carbonara, cavatelli alla norcina, quattro formaggi, and aperol spritz. The serving time was quick. I think it only took 5-10mins for our food to be served.
The aperol spritz was a 5/5. It was delicious and it's easy to drink. The carbonara was a 4/5. It wasn't cold but it wasn't warm either when it was served but it was good. Maybe it'll be better if it was warmer! The quattro formaggi was a 4.8/5. I loved the flavors but I think it'll be better if it was a bit warmer. The cavatelli alla norcina is a 10/5!! This was the star. It was served warm and it was very delicious. Even after we went home, I kept thinking about this dish! They also gave us a complimentary cake because it was my birthday and man, it was really really good 1000000/5.
I'd love to...
