Kenny Rogers Roasters - Mall of Asia — Restaurant in Pasay

Based from I have experienced in eating in other branches, the SM MOA branch has the distinction that the food being served and the service itself degrades by after lunch going to early afternoon.

For example, we already saw that the remaining mashed potato at serving platter can accommodate for maximum of 2 persons. But no, what will the staff do is to increase profit, will equally divide it good for 4 pax. So that means, the quantity of the mashed potato halves for each person. We could understand that they could say to us that it could only accommodate to certain extent and they need to replenish it. But no, they still proceed it in doing it. Mostly, they are always upselling products that some customers does not want to purchase.

The thing I can advise with this branch is to manage your food inventory and make sure that it can equally on the correct quantity to serve each customers. For the service and attitude of the staffs, the manager and supervisor must know how to balance when he can give breaks to his staff so that each are not tired that it reflects...

This has to be the worst kenny rogers experience I've had, or maybe I should have gone for my usual solo b instead of the steak.

I mean this is saddest looking thing ever, it a steak with grill marks on a white plastic plate that screeches when you cut the steak. Plus don't ask for preferred doneness if you're going to overcook it past well done anyway. Gravy was so salty it managed to dehydrate the air around me despite of the rain. Macaroni was meh and there was no cheese flavor whatsoever, just saltiness. I mean i know it's only a 500+ steak but don't make it an experience I can have at snackaroo for half that.
