This branch has the worst customer service. We ordered a sumo meal and they gave our order exactly an hour later. So much for fast food. They do not even follow the number ordering they've given the customers. I've seen the waiters give the same meal to the other table at about 15 minutes since they ordered while we were kept waiting for an hour. We asked for updates five times before they finally gave us our meal. They didn't even returned the receipt they borrowed to prevent us from filing a formal complaint. My friend also asked for extra rice a few number of times but the waiters ignored him and avoided eye contact. Please improve your service and be more accomodating...

What I really like about this place is the cleanliness. I first visited this branch around 2017 and I only came back this 2022. Still, after years, the cleanliness of the place is commendable.

This is good for people who loves eating rice. Their bento meals are a good choice for it offers a sufficient amount of food to complement their offer of unli rice.

Tokyo tokyo's prices are reasonable. It is a little pricey compared to other fast food chains, but the quality of food is assured.
