Never!!! This is the first time that I had such a horrible experience dining in a restaurant. I took up Culinary Arts back in college so I know what to expect in a restaurant. I am a very patient and forgiving person but my experience today is an exception. Before going to your restaurant I was on a 10 hour fasting for a medical blood work. Least to say, when I arrived at your restaurant I was already very hungry. Upon arrival, we got the menu from the attendant which was very prompt and courteous. When me and my mom was ready to order, the waiter advised that the salad of our choice was unavailable so we has to change it which was totally fine. So what we ordered was soup (black mushroom soup), salad (crispy pumpkin), weeping something, shrimp pad thai, crab rice set meal and the coconut crepe cake. Once the order was taken i had to ask for water from the attendant. I felt it was a bit off to ask for it since it is standard practice to provide water to waiting guests. The order was taken around 12 noon, the soup arrived after 15 minutes which for me was ok considering that it was lunch time and kitchen would have been very busy. No complaints. Things started to get annoying when the salad did nit arrive. Supposedly, in any dining, soup is followed by the salad and appetizer. But what came was the crab rice set and then after another long wait time the pad thai arrived. Salad is still missing, the weeping beef with cucumber is also missing. I called the attention of the waiter again and asked if we can already have the appetizer since we are done with the main meal. After a few minutes the cake arrived!!! The cake which was suppose to be eaten last part. After which the waiter advised that the salad was overlooked after i called the attention already. To make things even worse, when they said that it was overlooked they said now it is sold out!!! I was very upset and angry but was still very quiet with what is happening. It was already 1pm, the other order the weeping has not arrived yet! I called the attention of the waiter to just get my bill and to cancel the remaining order. I thought everything will be finished already because the last thing I wanted to do is to stat at that horrible place. Ten minutes have passed and my bill has not arrived yet!!! I just went to the counter and asked for my bill. Low and behold, I was presented with a bill with the salad and weeping included!!! Why would they, after all the undelivered food and bad service would they still include those items??? After the discussion I has to wait for them to fix my bill. My bill was almost 3900 all included which would have entitled me to get the 50% off promo for BDO card holders. But because of the undelivered food my bill after they manually voided everything was 2600 pesos which made me ineligible for the promo. Yes, I could have just paid the original amount and enjoyed the promo and still would have paid less. But that is not my principle and I was not raised that way. I dont cheat. I paid the whole cost if my horrible lunch. This is the reason why i would never recommend your restaurant to anyone. Really bad service. My worst dining...

Read moreIt's my first time to review a restaurant but just had to as we were quite dismayed with what we got for the steep prices. We're very much fans of Thai food and while we aren't expecting the same taste as you would get in Thailand, we had some expectations given the prices points they had.
Chicken stay - for 750 what you'll get is just 3 sticks of thinly sliced chicken and some skewers with cucumbers and chili in them. Taste wise not at all great, and there would be plenty of restaurants who would offer larger portions for half its price (and with better taste!).
Pad Thai, - the tofu chunks were really huge and the noodles were not even good for 1 not so hungry person. It was on the saltier side and for its price (about 700+), you would've expected for the prawns to be fresh(ones you'd find in Itallanis as price is comparable) and not frozen, it's obviously from the prepacked imported kind. The smaller shrimps were tough to eat and are hard (just a larger version of the dried shrimps you'd put in Filipino vegetable dishes) that you'll get from markets.
Overloaded Crab meat rice - also at about 700+ the crab meat was really on the stringy side, like crab floss strewn about rice. Something we think also that's not fresh and most likely came from the frozen section. We were expecting some chunks of crab meat but really was just friend rice with some crab meat floss on top.
Tom Yum (1500) - the most decent dish we tried. Atleast the mussels seemed fresh the soup was mild and creamy. By far what we are most in our meal. Though priced this way, we really did expect just a tad bit more from the dish.
The interiors are nice and the waiters are pleasant. But definitely not a place id recommend to dine out and enjoy "Thai" food. While all seemed a bit on the "posh" side, there are plenty of restaurants that offer the same price ranges for better quality food. Left feeling a...
