I'm so disappointed on this branch if I am not mistaken ibang group company ang may hawak nito kasi they changed their staffs and the interior inside. The chubby cashier girl name Mae is giving me an attitude when taking my order she even leave the counter to go somewhere and will take her time, she doesn't care kung may naghihintay na customer. There was a time na she put the wrong order and asked someone na magvoid to remov the order and bumuntong hininga like it was my fault and rolled her eyes. You gotta change your staffs coz they're not so effective. Last week, I ate there and leave my bag sa desired seat ko to go to the counter to order, it was my lunch. When I come back, ung kuya sa harap ko told me that my bag was taken by the staff coz wala raw tao sa upuan. Who in their right mind would take a bag sa empty seat knowing na nasa fast food shop ka. Everybody knows what that means when there is a thing na nasa empty seat, it is taken. Your staff decided to take my bag and put it upstairs just because wala siyang nakita na nakaupo. It took us a while bago mahanap ung bag ko and I was furious that time coz is that how stupid your staff is? what if that time there is something important sa bag ko and nawala yun, paano na??. I placed a Grab pickup order an hour in advance, and the app said it was ready. But when I arrived at the branch, no one acknowledged me—even after waving multiple times and asking for help.
There were plenty of staff, all looking busy but completely inefficient. Tons of fried chicken, spaghetti, and other meals were ready and lined up, yet no one was packaging or handing them out properly. The process was painfully slow.
The managers appeared clueless, as if they couldn’t think of smarter ways to streamline the operations.
Back to my order: the app said it was ready, but it wasn’t. It took getting the attention of three staff and one manager before anyone finally assisted me. When someone did, the employee had no idea about my order and had to ask me what it was—then started packing it right there and then.

I was walking on my right and she was walking on her left. We were going to walk into each other if I hadn’t moved to my left. There was clearly space on my left, and her right. You could tell with the way she walked that she wasn’t going to move out of the way. I didn’t realize I was in the presence of a “siga”. As if she’s the paying customer and I’m the service staff. For the food, tried the pepper cream and tomato cheese chicken fillet. Pepper cream was good. Tomato cheese was good but I couldn’t see the cheese on first glance.
