S&R New York Style Pizza | W Mall Macapagal — Restaurant in Pasay

Arrived around 8.05pm on 17th Nov. and server plain refused to sell me pizza by the slice which they clearly state is available on the menu.

She insisted I order a whole pizza. How on earth am I supposed to finish an entire pizza by myself???

The server looked like I inconvenienced her by coming to the shop. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Even if there is a legitimate reason to decline my business, she should surely ask me to look at other options (like a burger)… I actually considered the burger but being completely ignored, I just lost my appetite and left. 😡☹️

Across the mall is a Korean BBQ place which does yummy bentos for take-away at PHP280 (see pic). Thankfully that provided me with a good dinner dispute the dismal...

Worst fastfood. Wasted 30 mins of my time. Parang laging ang tatanga ng servers and supervisor. Pagkuha pa lang ng order mali mali na, papaasahin ka sa food tapos x2 pala un waiting time and they would act surprised na hindi pa ready. This is on top of multiple follow ups. Haaay life.

This is not fast food. It takes almost forever for your order to be available. They would ask you to wait for a certain time, and wait longer after the initial timeline has passed. Quality of the fries has deteriorated. Staff not as professional...

Today they gave a wrong food item. We ordered for one Cheesy Burger Deluxe whole pizza with cheese crust and they gave Pepperoni with Cream Cheese WITHOUT CHEESE in the crust! Imagine the INCONVENIENCE this caused us! We discovered the wrong order when we reached home and we had to go back to this S&R WMall Branch! The Staff and the Manager do not even know how to ask for an apology! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAD IN S&R! WE WILL NOT BUY IN THIS STORE...
