Absolute disgracefully dangerous pool quality food served at dangerously unsafe temperatures. The service here is appalling. We waited for 25 minutes for our food only to find it came out and it was Stone Cold. The rice was cold the chicken was cold hard dry and horrible and inedible.

I complained in the staff member couldn't care less so I took it back to the kitchen where they replaced it with some warmer food but the chicken was still hard dry and horrible.

This place is an absolute disgrace serving chicken and allowing it to go cold and serving it up to customers is unhygienic and should be reported to the health authorities.

This place is going to make people sick the way they are serving food and sure enough about 5 or 6 hours after eating this garbage I had diarrhea.

This place is an absolute rip off with overpriced expensive food terribly bad service and unsafe...

I ordered PECHO because they said PM is not available. the waiting is so awfully long, sabi ng cashier it will only take 20 mins kasi nga niluluto pa. I've waited for a whole 40 mins just to have a wrong order, they served me PM1 but i ordered pecho and i waited again for a whole 30 mins just to have an uncleaned na baso, makikita mo sa gulaman na may mantika pa tapos yung gulaman nila ang tabang, parang lasa nya tubig nalang. also yung mga utensils nila hindi na warm, kaya nagkamay nalang ako. and i saw rin na maraming pending customers sila, like pwede naman hindi muna sila tumanggap ng customers pansamantala since ang daming pending, may nakita ako 4 men they've already waited for 30 mins, tas umalis na yung 3 men at yung isa nalang nag aantay ang tagal ng order nya mas nauna pa nga yung akin and he patiently wait naman kaso syempre nakakainis parin yun, nakikita nya yung mga ibang latecomers nauuna pa order nila, i think magddine-in sana sila but they proceed it to take out nalang kasi super tagal. and may isa pa akong nakita he ordered 1 palabok take out lang pero umabot parin ng 50 mins, kasunudan lang ng pagkakuha ko ng first served ng food ko. it was a really horrible experience i understand if ever walang backup ng ihaw but i never expected na super tagal, and the cashier just keeps on taking orders pa kahit hirap na hirap na mag keep up yung mga katrabaho nya. naka tatlong balik na ako, pero ganun parin ang sistema nila. yung lalaki sa dispatcher area he handle it so well pero syempre nagpapanic parin kasi di nya alam ano sasabihin sa customer kung paulit ulit nalang naririnig nila hayst. super dissapointed, idk if sa workers nila problem eh parang ang babagal kumilos and walang mga backup na foods.

btw i alr worked in a fast food chain, and i ate na also sa ibat ibang branch ng mang inasal, and this branch is the worst. kailan kaya mababago ang sistema niyo sa paghandle ng mga orders. di nalang ako magugulat if mapasarado na yang branch niyo sa dami ng complains, and actually hindi pa nga nakakapagreview siguro half ng mga naging customers niyo ng worst experience, sa dami kong nakikitang naging prob. the food is great, but the customer service is a really bad...

I do not recommend this branch. Tipid na tipid sa pag hire ng staffs. There is no one at the cashier, notwithstanding the fact that there are many customers following my line. I honestly waited 55 minutes for my order. How come the cashier is also in the kitchen area, and your workers are shouting at each other, blaming each other for something?

I'm following up on my order, but I'm always getting "teka lang mam" responses ignoring me kahit nakikita ko ng nasa gilid na yung take out ko at may name ko pa + considering that I've been waiting for an hour and they've already served food to the latecomers. Anlamig...
