McDonald's Edsa Taft Rotonda — Restaurant in Pasay

I ordered through the McDonalds website. Delivery guy calls twice asking for my exact address so I gave him the number and name of the hotel I'm staying at. And he still couldn't find it. I go down to find the delivery guy is on a bicycle. When we get to our room, I receive a call from Foodpanda saying I had an order with them. I told the guy I already received my order. He advised me that if I received a call from an "international number" I shouldn't answer it. We take our order and go up to our room, only to find out one item (McChicken meal) was missing. I tried calling the store I picked (EDSA Rotunda) but couldn't get through. Intl # guy calls me again saying to tell the dispatcher that I didn't receive my order yet so they'd cancel it. He calls me at least 2 more times. At this point I felt I was being scammed so I blocked his number. I started receiving calls from another (local) number which I didn't answer and eventually blocked as well.

Guards don't do their job, and waiters and waitresses ignores your situation when there are and will definitely be strangers taking your food like fries, drinks, mcfloats, sundae. They are especially targeting those eating alone or teen minors in group, even if you don't want to give it they'll hold it and you won't be able to say no because they are already holding it, and had put their hands (which I've seen covered in dirt?not to discriminate anyone but I'm just being hygienic when eating) on it. These strangers are fast and sad to say restaurant crews doesn't care. Some, not all, cashiers gets mad when you followup your order which is so slow for them to give, considering they are FASTFOOD restaurant. The food is ok but the chicken which they say is big is not always the same case for everyone. it's better for you to order takeout because they doesn't care what happens inside the restaurant after you get your food. Poor customer service, some crew were not accommodating, they served food without tissue either spoon or fork, you even asked the waiter for it as it supposed to be served with your food. How could you eat spaghetti without a fork? Yeah, I must go down to get it but I have a lot of belongings with me plus I have also food for taking out taken from the. Sad to say I was almost done with my fries waiting for my request so I ended up bringing down the spaghetti and asking for take-out instead.
