We tried your place of business as server in front was professional and kind. So ordered Chinese tenderloin were told big enough for two, garlic rice, beef brisket out of. So we tried to order kang Kong in garlic, out. But they had sautéed spinach ordered that. When the meal came huge bowl of garlic rice enough for four people, the tenderloin I kinda laughed enough for one person not really enough for two we made it work. It was tender and moist not all fat like someplace's we have ate, spinach was not overcooked and had a nice taste. After our meal went to order desert, here comes the out again. No mango or sugar free cheesecake so settled for Buko/assorted sherbet it was different nice flavor. So now comes time to pay, my wife shows her senior card and upon leaving we ask for receipt only to be told we're charged 600php too much for our meal. We asked can't you just void the receipt and do over, told no. So how about give us 600php money again no, we can give you a credit slip to come another time. I don't know maybe just give to one of my family members, especially since in the middle of lunch not the end of the day out of many things and then be overcharged. When I asked another server not ours to make make sure she gets our tip as she did a great job it's not her fault out of many things. Why I dropped to over all to a three is when it's a shared tip with everyone and I said all the other servers, no even the main office, HR etc. Of course I replied that must be a company policy that us a bit too much. Service people all ready don't get paid much to start with. Share tips if you need to with other servers busting their butts working all the time. Poor business model as a company making servers share their tips with anybody other than the ones cooking and serving...
Read moreMann Hann in Estancia offers a great dining experience with delicious and affordable Chinese cuisine. The ambiance is relaxing, and their hakaw siomai is a standout—definitely a must-try. Compared to nearby restaurants, prices are much more reasonable without compromising quality. However, the place tends to get crowded during Sunday lunch, so it’s best to come early. One downside was the male staff who assisted us; his attitude when asked questions was off-putting and could use improvement. Still, the overall food experience makes it worth visiting. Ideal for casual family meals or quick cravings for Chinese...
Read moreWalked in with high expectations but we left with our tummies full but not satisfied. I don't know the degree of Chinese of their food but they could add a bit of seasoning. Everything that we ordered was close to bland. Service is so so and when we tried to request some condiments, we were just given a nod but they did not get back to us. I don't know if this is just an isolated case but I'll never dine here again unless a friend of mine says otherwise, then I'd give them a chance. Price is...
