The food was good enough. In my opinion, the price is fair, the serving is adequate, but the food’s temperature needs to be addressed. You’d think it was freshly prepared given we waited 15-20mns before they got served. The meat was tender enough but it wasn’t the fall-off-the-bone type. The rib’s sauce is amazing! This for me is the best part of our visit. Also, this may seem odd but I liked the tasteless fries. Its not salty but breaded. Dip it in the sauce, add some pepper, and it’s good! The room wasn’t well lit. It was quite dim considering we visited at noon. We did park along the street. They have limited parking slot/s. Maybe 1 or 2 to their store. Customer service was pretty bad. No smiles, no greeting, like they weren’t happy they have customers. It would’ve been a lot better experience if the staff was pleasant-unfortunately they weren’t. This is easily now one of my favorite restaurants if I’m craving for ribs. My recent visit left me drooling over their incredible ribs – juicy, super tender, flavorful, and downright addictive, especially with their generous sauce servings.

But it's not just about the food; the service here is top-notch. The staff are not only quick but also super friendly, making you feel right at home. And let's talk about bang for your buck – the prices are totally reasonable for the quality you're getting.

Sure, the vibe could use a little more oomph, but hey, the 90s playlist totally sets the mood. Plus, you can count on them to deliver consistency every time (I’d know, because we’ve been there several times and they’ve been very consistent). We’re gonna keep...

First time in this branch. We have tried their Kalayaan branch a couple of times.

Ultimate fries - too oily, not crunchy at all. It’s loaded with grated cheese, mayo and cheese sauce, and meat. Could have been better if it’s not soaking with oil. Giving it a 4/10

Duo size Raki’s Baby Back Ribs - as usual, it doesn’t disappoint. It comes with 2 free side dishes which are good too! The mashed potato is creamy - and I always love the buttered corn (they have the canned corn kernels). 10/10 for me, 8/10 for hubby. I guess, the 740 pesos is justified.
