We dropped by for lunch after running an errand in Ortigas and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I mean it is a deli shop right? We were not expecting anything fancy but at least we were expecting that their food and service matched their prices so, value for money: 1/10
Food Quality and Taste: 3/10 The overall taste and quality felt like major corners were cut.
The pasta was overcooked. Pastrami sandwich was OK nothing special. Homemade lemonade was not entirely fresh, I tasted a bit of artificial flavor in that drink. The garlic bread was so thin it was more like a cracker. At least give us a proper bread slice! The pork ribs had a strange flavor — it didn’t even taste like meat.
Portion Sizes: 1/10 We were genuinely shocked by the serving sizes.
The charcuterie board (₱700) was a small plate with just a few cheese cubes, a few slices of cold cuts, some bacon jam, and a single baby-sized sausage. The truffle fries (₱250) were essentially one potato sliced up — nothing special and poorly executed. They didn’t even bother giving us ketchup or mayo. We had to ask the server.
Service: 2/10 The service was chaotic and inattentive. Starters arrived after the main courses. We weren’t given any sharing plates — we had to eat sandwiches off napkins. I had to call the attention of what appeared to be the manager (a tall man with glasses), but he showed no interest in checking on our table or fixing the issue. One staff member was even sleeping and watching YouTube on her phone near the restroom.
Despite the poor service and food, our bill was nearly ₱6,000 — an incredibly poor value for the experience we received.

Food: Cheese and Cold Cuts Selection is good. If you are lolking for sausage varities with different flavor profile, this is a good place to hang.
Beers: Nice to see beers that are customized for filipino taste.
Desserts: I LOVE IT! If I will not gain weight, I will order all desserts available. 😉
Wines: If you are not familiar with wines, let me walk you through it.
Top 5 Wines for me: Anna Spinato Moscato: aromatic, citrusy, fresh. For cheesecakes, chocolates, cakes.
Ana Spinato Prosecco: Lemon stone fruit notes like apple and pears. flowery, medium acidity. For Creamy cheeses like brie, camembert, etc. Seafood and shellfishes. Cream pasta will go well.
Marques De Caceres (all): If you are feeling like royalty, order this. Impressed that they have this bottle which was served as a House Wine in the palace of King of Spain for years!
Bestheim Riesling: Floral and fruity that cpuld go well with their sausages platter, and gambas al ajillo, spanish chorizo, all their pizza, charcuterie, and is the most flexible wine for their menu.
Villa Wolf Pinot Noir: you know what, do yourself a favor. This Pinot Noir is nice. 😉 For... their...
Read morePoco Deli in BGC serves a great line of white and red wine. Located in the corner of one Parkade beside the corner stairwell of the parking building which makes it very accessible. They have great service and good food. The pizza scampi is one of our favourites, it is a four cheese pizza with toasted garlic and shrimp. They also serve cheese and sausages for pica pica perfect coupling with red wine from Spain.
They also have fresh fruit shakes and juices which you can request to have the sugar syrup on the side.
This is a great place for a second or third date. It’s usually packed since they have about fifty to sixty seats. They have a semi private function room which has a consumable...
