Their supermarket doesn’t look as “sleek” as the supermarkets of SM Robinsons, or Unimart, but it’s good enough for anyone’s needs. Prices here are generally higher than at the bigger supermarkets. My estimate is that it’s about 20% more expensive to do your groceries here. Seafood can be 50% more expensive here. Shrimps prices, in particular, is twice as much as at SM Supermarket.
The good thing about Pioneer Center better is that their parking is free!
As for other establishments, there are several decent restaurants here, including: Mad Mark’s Jollibee Thai Dara French Baker So Mot (Vietnamese) Lapid’s Chicharon Chooks To Go HongKong Noodles Razon’s (Halo-Halo and Palabok) Tapsiness (tapsilog restaurant)
There’s also a Starbucks and Chatime here, as well as a barber shop.

The Pioneer Center Supermarket is known for budget-friendly groceery trips. I don't know how or why but I have shopped here at least a couple of times and yes, it is true! I "felt" it in my wallet and was quite amazed at that felt difference that I had to mention it to the cashier. She smiled and agreed, of course. But she justified it and even swear that celebrities actually shop.there. The reviews aren't 5 stars, though, upon checking. Some items can be perceived as "real cheap" but I hope none of their consumables and perishables are beyond "expiry" dates.
The range of restaurants and services in the area / center complement the supermarket and a fave is SIAM THAI, which, unfortunately, was already closed when we arrived. Their operating hours must be edited as it said they are to close by midnight on a Saturday but...

Date and Time: June 30, 2024 at 5:30 PM First, on the counter lane when paying, the cashier on # 6 did not honor the PWD discount and told us that discounts can only have in the other counters. No sign board saying that policy. Next, when paying credit card, they required to have signature in the credit card. We tried to obey but we could not even sign on the card using their pen. Useless. I told the cashier if we can provide an ID instead to prove the identity of the cardholder. But the cashier did not honor and told us to talk to the supervisor. As I do not want to prolong since the lines are getting longer, I just tole her I will make sure this will be addressed.
Unfortunately, this does not have a website or FB page where you can raise your concerns and complaints so I ended up placing my review here in Google Maps. Hoping someone from their management will read this and make an action to improve...
