Chowking Drive Thru — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

This is my first time complaining about my experience in fast food. The food was totally perfect but the service I've got was very unacceptable. I'm so disappointed and frustrated even after my meal. We're planning to dine in, I'd patiently waited in the line but then I asked my boyfriend regarding to his order in just a second but MAY SUMINGIT sa line. The crew had nothing to do with it, he disregard my presence even though I gave him already a hint. I was hurt! This is my first time dealing with that kind of situation. DISRESPECTFUL! The worst thing is that I was supposed to pay thru gcash and my remaining charge was only 5 percent. For how long it takes with that customer na SUMINGIT talking to that crew...DEAD BAT!!!!! I'm so frustrated, I dont wanna argue with him so I walked out then I decided in drivethru instead..Sad to say, from window one I experienced again of some disrespectful. I was interrupted by what I'm saying, can't you let the customer finish before you ask or say anything, huh? HINDI NAMAN LONG LINE PARA MAG MADALI ate girl and thats not even an excuse!!!! I ended up like A a a a a a A ah yeee ees!!!!!! At that moment, I decided to give a feedback but the girl from window 2 didnt allow me to know your website instead just saying sa manager lang daw. Hindi man lang nag tanong kung anong nangyari? Even manager di naman kayo tumawag, kulang pa ng condiments yung order namin. Oh my gosh, can't you feel your customer needs? We just wanted to satisfied our tummy with your foods but the service made...

Nothing special about it, the food is still delicious, nice round-about drive-thru which is convenient when your switching roads. It is also near another restaurant just a few blocks. Not really any parking space because it's near a gas station and it's sometimes traffic in these parts.

The restaurant has many different branches here in the Philippines and this one was relatively small, slightly smaller than the other Chowking branches here in the Philippines. My experience in this branch is fine and overall not that bad, but the worst Chowking branch i've ever experienced was the one branch inside Robinsons Mall Palawan. Their chao fan probably is my most favorite. After some years, their food taste the same but their service significantly declined. Although some ingredients are missing in their famous lauriat and other meals, they still charge you the same. Entering the drive thru is risky as well because you only have a 50% chance that the food you want to order would be available. It would be difficult to...
