so, ordered at this restaurant for 3 consecutive days. for 3 days, i had problems. first, we were not informed they didn't have an ice cream for halo-halo. that's for 3 days as well. second, we were upcharge without informing us as well, for 93 pesos. and that's huge money for us. and i had enough today. we ordered in drive thru, wasn't informed again that there's no available ice cream. expected but still disappointed. so we just asked what's the substitute item. the first staff said they'll just give us out 2 slices of leche flan. but we still asked in the next counter what's the substitute item for ice cream, and they informed us it'll be ube paste. then, when i start mixing my halo-halo, i noticed my cup doesn't have any ube paste in it.
