We had dinner here. We availed group meal. Their crispy kare kare does not disappoint. The issue we encountered was that the sisig arrived very late almost we were done with dinner. We asked on the reason why but the server kept telling they will relay to the chef or whoever it was. The first time we raised it, the waiter brushed the question. The second time, another waitress dodge on to the answer. I asked to bring me the menu to check on what else is missing and yes the dessert was missing which they said was for later. But it was obvious that it was also forgotten as no one have asked whether we would like it for later. Another thing, we did not like the taste of their sisig. We asked why it is like that and they just told it was pampagueno style which we said, we tasted from different branches and it was not like that, then the server says it was cinnamon. We find the taste off. And the person just say, we will raise the comment to the chef. The dessert which was buko pandan, we had it on take away, we have very short travel time to hotel, and it is SOUR! We dont have energy to argue and letting it pass as obviously we wont be...
Read moreThis Gerry's Grill branch surprised me a lot and meets my expectations. Compared to other Gerry's Grill, I did not like the other branches, their staff, food and atmosphere were horrible but this branch was great compared to the others.
The food is delicious, not that salty and expensive compared to the other branches here in the Philippines. The prices are fairly good which is worth trying.
The staff are quite friendly, quick and responsive towards the customers and their amazing hard-work did a great job and amazed me. At front they were very friendly and inviting which dragged me and gave me interest and to my surprise, my experience was great and worth the price.
The inside is great, maintained well and are cleaned by their staff every time. Their management towards customers are great and fast which is a huge respect to them.
Overall the place is very worth going to, their food is great and the staff are enthusiastic. 10/10, would...
