KAPÍ Coffee House — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

Male staff who took our orders and catered customer service doesn't know how to read the room. He made us uncomfortable and almost hesitant to ask assistance because of his almost rude jokes and uncalled for side comments. Nakakapanghinayang lang bayaran ang 10% charge sa service fee kasi he is giving off negative vibes every encounter with him. Other staff were kind and pleasant naman, siya lang talaga ang off. The coffee was great, definitely a testament to their name, something that would make you come back again, that includes the ambiance of the place as it provides a cozy feel.

The only downside was the food. Their pizza, for the price didn’t really taste good, and the nachos weren’t crispy and has an odd taste.

For the price they’re charging, you’d expect better quality. For now, I’d say the coffee and ambiance are what makes the Cafe good, while the rest of the menu still needs some...

We came here for a Sunday lunch & soon learned that this is a Halal establishment, so there was no beer & no Pork. From the time we all had put in our orders until the last item was served took 90 minutes & we were the only customers. I loved the Nachos & the Dynamite Sticks.
