I’ve been a loyal customer of buddy’s since 2014. Every time I’m in Timog, this has been my go to food whenever I can’t decide on what to eat. I don’t usually write reviews even if I received bad service but I wasn’t able to tolerate this one. I am here to write how bad the service has become and how unprofessional their staffs are.

A guy, who I forgot what his face looks like was placing a food in the middle of the table, which was supposed to be okay, but he put it way down, almost touching our food. He did not give us time to remove platters in the middle, and it shows disrespect to the people eating. While I didnt mind this, what happened next was something I got furious about.

Secondly, a guy names Jessie who was very arrogant and sped away while I was giving instructions for our take out, plus he has given attitude beforehand. And when we are at the door about to leave he shouted “thank you” not to properly thank us but to “make...

We decided to eat at Buddy's Timog because their Fishermall branch is closed. The moment I entered, I almost slipped! The floor was so slippery that you have to watch your step and go slow, otherwise there is a good chance you'll and hit your bottom or worse, your head on the floor or table edges. We ordered pancit lucban and pancit bihon, fried chicken, hardinera, pork bbq, and sagot gulaman. The chicken was raw and bloody on the inside, same with the pork bbq, it was bloody raw! We had to ask them to cook again the chicken and bbq. The other dishes were ok and the staff readily and hurriedly did our request. I hope nothing like this will happen again.
