i stayed one nite here for 10 hrs just to check it out and the room was cost 895 pesos which was good price. So i checked in at 10:15 pm and the clerk lady laid the key and receipt on counter. the clerk said check out time was 8:15am and the guy took the key and carried one bag upstairs was 3rd floor. but the room was basic room place to sleep and no accessior like soap or shampoo have to bring your own did have hair dryer Tv has basic Sky cable and internet connect is not that good. but sink did not drain right and cr did not flush very little water pressure no hot water at sink so it says . and all up stairs no elevator and the clerk gave me the key and the guy who took me to the room took my receipt when he lay the key on the bed . and around 8:00 am . 2 guys knock on the door said i was supposed to check out at 7 am and i told them what they clerk said last nite and i went down stairs and explained to the new clerk what happened and they called me a liar and charge me 200 pesos and i will not go back. so be warned of this place . i would not recommend it to no one. had a bad experience. It's bad business on there part. and it was not right. But some people do not care.

Staff is friendly, but getting a good room is based on pure luck. Some rooms are terrible, have a bad smell, and need to be renovated. Other rooms are okay. The only complaints I had in this hotel was:

Area isn't very good, sometimes unsafe. Many homeless are there. Room was dark and had a very old vibe which really disturbed me. Old mirrors on the wall, and room smelled dusty. NO WINDOWS. No elevator. Expect to climb many flights of stairs, which can be difficult with luggage. They hide the airconditioning remote to save money on electricity. Too hot or cold? You will need to contact a staff member to adjust it. The landline phone to call the front desk was not working. Any inquiries? You'll need to go downstairs. No airconditioning in the hallways. Windows are kept open to allow airflow, which is good, but it causes noise like honking and traffic sound to leak into the room Hot water heater in the shower was not heating.

I will say, dispite all of these problems, the staff was very nice. Thank you staff for keeping a bad hotel in a good spirit. You are the only hope at improving that hotel. Hopefully something...

Worst apartelle. Not a hotel, it just an apartelle. I checked-in here around 10am, paid 1650 for 24hrs standard room. Fourth floor. No elevator. I need a room to do makeup for an event in MICE venue. The room smells smoke from a cigar. There are some tiny roaches and the slippers are very untidy. No free water bottle, no shampoo and no toothbrush. The event lasted 'til 10pm, went back to the apartelle. Slept around 12am. And then, 6am in the morning, my sleep was ruined by hard door knock by a room boy. He told me that it is already overtime, he said that I booked the room just for 6 hrs!! He told me also that they opened my booked room around 6pm because of the overtime but I am not around. So rude and poor service. Good thing, none of my things got missing. He kept on insisting that I checked in around 12noon and booked the room for 6hrs only. I asked him to ask again the cashier or ask the guard coz he saw me while parking or check the cctv. He went down the reception. While trying to get back from my sleep, he knock again after 30 mins. Hayyyy.

WORST HOTEL. IT IS...
