Chowking — Restaurant in Quezon City

I ordered from this restaurant on Grab.

It took them 40 mins to hand over the food to the rider, didn't even take the rider 10 mins to get to my house.

The food quality was really bad, cold and tasteless. The siomai was soggy and cold on the inside, the Chicken and the dumplings were the only ones that felt like it was cooked on the spot for my order but the inside of the chicken was undercooked with some parts still raw.

The regular rice and chao fan rice all tasted like it was cooked a day before, one of the chao fan we got smelled like it was old and nearing expiration.

I find it impossible that they took that long to prepare the food since only the chicken and the dumplings tasted like it was cooked as I ordered, everything else from the rice to the siomai all tasted old, bland and soggy.

Its not even the kind of food that got cold because of the long wait if you cook something and wait for 40 mins it wouldn't be that cold and old, meaning the food was cooked within the day as the insides were already bland and flavorless. Worst experience to date from Chowking.

POOR SERVICE. After ordering, i told the cashier that i will come back for my order, so I can attend to my other errand, to save time and avoid the parking fees. After 15mins or so, i came back, thinking that i will just grab my orders, 3 halohalo and siomai platter, I was disapponted that the 3 halohalo were not prepared. The cashier reasoned that its just quick, so i replied, if that's so, why do i have to wait for it further?? So i stood there, watched her hustle around the counter, she shouted for one ingredient but no one seemed to respond. While i see that the branch mgr and 2 other staffs were just hanging around and just free. Omg what is this place? Ganito n b ang chow king? I got the breakfast tapa meal. Everything was overcooked. Hindi rin nman ako matagal nag antay. The tapa is dried out, the fried egg was cooked hard and the rice was was dry and looked like how many days old!The coffee was bland I am so frustrated. The place was not busy at all.
