Jollibee Metrolane Complex — Restaurant in Quezon City

Jollibee Metrolane is my usual go-to since it’s near my location. I’ve always loved their breakfast meals, especially the garlic fried rice. But everything changed after my experience today.

I recently ordered breakfast meals for my family, and when I received my order this morning, the rice’s consistency tasted cheap and was hard to swallow. I’m very disappointed. I used to love Jollibee’s breakfast meals because of their flavorful garlic fried rice, but what I received today didn’t even have any garlic, and the rice itself tasted low quality. I had to set side their garlic fried rice (not even a spec of garlic) and eat the rice we cooked at home instead because it tasted much better. 😕

Ordered takeout. Was given a number. Everyone else i was in queue with already received their orders, ate, and left. Just imagine how long I waited. I followed up my order, and the lady cashier wasn't even worried that i may be a possible dissatisfied customer. The problem with this branch is that they are so confident about ignoring 1 or 2 complaints due to the number of people coming and going. Tell you what, Jollibee Daily Supermarket branch, part of your job is to provide indiscriminate customer service to ALL of your customers.

Edit: i forgot to mention na yung mga crew na naka-uniform ay ipinasa pa sa naka-white na trainee nila ang pagabot sa aking ng pagkain. Nagturuan pa ang mga hayup....

The place is spacious compared to other Jollibee branches out there. Haven't took some photos cause I was on a hurry when I arrived there.

I will rate it 3/5 due to the place didn't look so clean.

Food is the same with other branches, I ordered for a Jolly Spaghetti and requested for more sauce on it. 4/5 for this one.

Service is a bit slow and need some improvement. The staffs are not smiling when you place...
