Chill Top Cubao - Roofdeck Restobar — Restaurant in Quezon City

For the very first time, i had my BAD EXPERIENCE in one of the best place i used to hang out before…I revisited the place after more than 3 yrs….the environment is still the same very cozy and peaceful ambiance….daniel (one of the server) were very accommodating…..

We rent one of their KTV rooms….at first, we went down from roofdeck and my LGBT FRIEND were singing following the house music…..unfortunately one kitchen staff shout like the voice bothered him…..Secondly, we ask the staff all about the terms and conditions of KTV ROOM rent….the server is not well informed about TnCs and just told us the pricing and so on….after we order, our consumable things arrived….the girl assisted us (Monday, around 4 or past pm, KTV room O) were VERY ARROGANT!….she told us that smoking or even vaping, wearing slippers inside the room are prohibited….MY CONCERN IS, why no one informed us all this from the very beginning and why just the time we received our orders( so we cannot back out)….when i told her that the server never mentioned any of it….instead of expressing apology, She was rude and saying that “THIS IS THE RULES” and they had incident happened (a day before our visit) that they kicked out guest for not following the rules….

We are following their terms and conditions considering that we are well informed from the very beginning or even a provided hard copy about the terms and conditions for us to read….

Our 2 hours done! I thought thats the end of our bad experience….but, when we checked out and looking for the girl (who assisted us) shes not there….we went upstairs at the same time to see the night view of the city…. I ask the staff in the roofdeck where can i pay my bill….also the server assigned in area were rude!….he said that we have to pay in the floor were KTV ROOMS located…..i told him no staff there so we went upstairs and look for her….he just pointed us where to pay instead of giving assistance, transfer from staff to other staff…..then staff are shouting to each other like no guest around…..

Hope the management will make action in this…..as i said i used to hang out chilltop cubao and i loved this place….it just very disappointing that after 3 years i have to experience this…I just want to enjoy my vacation with...

It was okay because people started coming in and the place became full before midnight, possibly because we were just too early? We arrived around 7pm. The waitresses were nice but seemed like they were short staffed because they were not able to accommodate quickly since there were just two waitresses during that early evening. We ordered Tapsilogs for dinner since we were hungry upon arrival due to searching for the location. I must say, the rice was a good serving, worth the price and is good when you're all really hungry. So after dinner we ordered the set group order AWESOME B. First, it took a while but sure no problem. The ZOMBAE was 10/10🤩😍🥂😋🤤 I loved it personally, I got tipsy for my 5 glasses that they actually asked me to chill and slow down😅 Anyway, the TOKWA'T BABOY, the meat was fine but the TOFU was so hard :( the SISIG was 9/10, I bite a chili lol. I don't eat corn but my boyfriend, best friend and her boyfriend ate it. Over all, we just did not liked how early evening, there wass barely any music!! But as the night gets late, there was a lot of people and sad music was played😅 hopefully if ever we come back, I understand it is chill top but hopefully, there would not be any sad songs playing coz we were trying to have a fun double date night. The Comfort rooms were also constantly being unavailable due to staff cleaning it and one cubicle in the woman's cr does not have a lock! Anyway, the ambience is dead early evening. This place is 24/7 but I recommend going very late but I guess it is also good to arrive by 8pm or 9pm so you will get a sure good seat.
