We recently tried Hap Chan's unlimited shabu-shabu at Robinsons Galleria and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The basic package offers a generous selection of options, making it a great starting point for anyone new to shabu-shabu. The quality of the ingredients and the variety of choices available were impressive. For those looking to elevate their dining experience, Hap Chan also offers unlimited chef's options and unlimited dim sum, which are worth exploring once you've sampled the basic package. These additions allow diners to customize their meal further and try a wider range of dishes. Overall, Hap Chan at Robinsons Galleria provides a satisfying shabu-shabu experience with ample choices and quality ingredients. Whether you're a novice or a shabu-shabu enthusiast, starting with the basic package is recommended to fully appreciate what they have to offer before deciding to upgrade to the unlimited chef options and dim sum.

The experience was disappointing overall. The food had an unpleasant smell, and the only meat I could eat was the beef, which was rarely refilled. The service left much to be desired—when I raised my hand for assistance, one worker simply pointed me toward another without even addressing my concern. It was surprising to see such a lack of attentiveness. The dining area was large, yet there were hardly any staff present, which meant I had to go to the cashier myself to make a payment. Unfortunately, the food, service, and atmosphere were all below expectations. If you’re considering dining here, I recommend heading to one of the nearby food courts instead.

The food was okay. It wasn't great, but for ₱588, you get bang for your buck. The shabu shabu ingredients were quite limited, however if you're craving for the classic Chinese fare, I highly recommend this place. You'd get unlimited Sweet and Sour pork, Yang Chow, Salted fish fried rice, Birthday noodles, salt and pepper squid, buttered chicken and just add ₱88, you also get unlimited dimsum. Service wasn't great but it wasn't bad either.

I was very hungry and I saw the option of eating buffet or ordering from the menu. I chose to eat from the buffet. I regretted that because the food looked delicious but when biting into the food, it wasn't as fresh that I was hoping for. It's been on the warmer for awhile. I went between the lunch and dinner time where there was only me and a couple eating there. They ordered from the menu and I got the leftovers from buffet lunch. Maybe I would have given them 5 stars if I ordered from the menu which I...
