I had an awful experience at SnR on September 18, 2024. I went in around 11:20 AM to grab breakfast and ordered scampi pasta and clam chowder. The cashier told me it would take 20 minutes, which was fine since I was heading to Starbucks. After grabbing my coffee to-go at 11:30, I returned to SnR at 11:40, expecting my food to be ready as promised.
To my surprise, the manager casually told me it wasnât ready yet, despite the fact that 20 minutes had already passed. I figured theyâd be rushing to fix the issue, but no. My food didnât come out until 12:05 PMâ30 minutes late. The worst part? No apology, no sense of urgency, no customer service whatsoever! I had to raise my voice just to get them to realize how long I had been waiting, and still, not a single staff member even bothered to apologize or smile.
This place seriously lacks basic customer service skills. If SnR is going to make customers wait way longer than promised, at the very least, they should show some courtesy and apologize. Train your staff to care about...
   Read moreS&R was always famous for their pizzas. They're really big to the point that the box cannot fit inside a normal refrigerator. Over the years, I always loved their shrimp and garlic flavor, but I've also come to appreciate the combo and the pepperoni flavors too. Be careful though because sometimes the packaging can get a bit flimsy, and the bottom of the pizza box can be smothered with oil and water if you held it too long, and the smell can linger inside a moving car. It's a dish that has to be eaten immediately and moved to a different container as soon as possible. Waiting time can also be a little too long if there's no readily made pizza available.
My favorites here would be the Chicken baked roll though, and even requested to have some for my breakfast during my college years. It comes with a dip, but I always prefer to eat it without.
The southern fried chicken is also another thing I like, but everyone else in my family finds it a little too salty.

Despite being told to wait 30 minutes, my order wasnât ready even after 58 minutes and several follow-ups. Not once did anyone proactively give an updateâyou had to push for information every time.
The atmosphere was tense, with other customers clearly frustrated and raising their voices about delays. When I finally spoke to the manager, I learned that the wrong pizza had been cooked due to an error reading the order slip. Unfortunately, all she offered was an apologyâno compensation, no effort to make things right.
This doesn't seem like a one-off slip. It feels like a persistent issue that the business hasn't addressed. Really unfortunate, because itâs the kind of experience that turns people...
