Samgyupsalamat — Restaurant in Quezon City

The service sucks big time. We had to tell each order 5 times before our orders got to our table. They have a lot of service crews but their heads are bent down so that they don't have to cater to customers. It's so obvious. We were waving our hands and calling them but pretended like we were nothing, as if we weren't even customers who paid to dine there. Whenever they see us raising our hands, they look the other way or tell us to wait and never go to our table. It's literally the worst service ever. We had to repeat our order to different crews so many times before we actually got it on our table. At least 3 times to get every order of meat, and the egg took 5 repeats. Each takes too long. I will tell people I know to never go to this branch.

Also, they denied one of my friend's PWD card because it is not registered on the DOH site even though it is legit, and it's the workers in the mayor's office's fault for not registering in the system, not his. No law states that they have the right to deny a PWD card just because it is not reflected on that flawed website. That's illegal. We did not push it, but we will never go back to this branch. I'll surely tell people I know about this. Again, worst...

Still a good option for Korean BBQ buffet.

Update: Recently visited Samgyupsalamat, and while the overall experience maintained its stellar reputation with 5-star-worthy elements, there was a noticeable decline in service. Despite arriving at 3 pm with only a few patrons present, order fulfillment took longer than expected, even with what seemed like adequate staff.

The delay in service, though, did not overshadow the friendliness of the staff. Their amiable demeanor remained a positive aspect of the dining experience, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. It's worth noting that while the service was not as prompt as in previous visits, the staff's courtesy and responsiveness were consistent.

In summary, Samgyupsalamat still delivers an excellent dining experience with its outstanding food and ambiance. However, there is room for improvement in service efficiency, particularly when it comes to order fulfillment. Nevertheless, the staff's friendliness adds a redeeming quality to the...

We ate here during a holiday and sat us behind because I requested to be far away from the crowd because of Covid. Turns out our exhaust is not working and barely heating the grill. The charcoal they provided us was too ashy and too full, its touching the meat already. When we were waiting for the heated charcoal, it was too long, we waited 20-25 mins. We ask for an ala carte price because we didnt eat any meat (barely cooked meat because of low heat, and the waiter keeps touching the meat with the exhaust tube, not hygienic at all) but the manager declined and has the audacity seat us where it is crowded which i refused, the place is at full capacity which is a red flag for me when I dine out. Finally the manager just charged us ala carte price because the service and speed is so bad. Even the side dishes, soup were not good unlike other branches. They also served super wet mush rice. And lastly, the manager didn't apologize for what happened. I love samgyupsalamat but not...
