August 31 2024 - 9:05 Wow, they served us re heated chicken with 50% more breading, what a treat. We coudnt bite through the breading as it hurt our teeth. Giving this branch a 2nd chance sana to redeem their service and food quality. Im never going back to this branch again. My 1st review was around 2 years ago and its still the same.
Crappy service specially during late hours. A lot of uncleaned tables, the cashier will ask u to occupy the al fresco area instead where the tables are still not cleaned. How can u eat in a dirty table i asked the manager, and she responded that she will have cleaned, however it took so long for the tabkes to be cleaned so we decided to move and dine in at their clean restricted area. The manager and the cashier didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. They just told us to use the al fresco area, its also uncleaned and where they put their trash near it. In addition, the alfresco area is where all the dust and smoke of vehicles passing by seem to accumulate. The staff has jologs mentality. They are so understaffed that they point at each other who will clean the tables. Such a diservice to the KFC brand. If you had these many bad feedback, then the kfc management should have done something to rectify this. No, dont tell me to go to ur facebook page and rewrite this feedback....
Read moreWe ordered and pay through their kiosk thinking that we don't need to do anything. We waited for 15 minutes before we follow up for our order, little did we know we are waiting for nothing. Our order doesn't show up to their system. Employees who handle our concern turned their back at me then asked if we can wait little longer, of course not, we waste so much time. We just wanted to eat since it is already lunch time. Now they came up with a resolution to refund our payment, and yet we need to wait again. Even the manager itself, seems like they don't know how to handle worst case scenarios!! Since refund might take 2-3 BD, of course we don't want to go back in that place just to get the refund, so we just agreed to wait for 5 mins, they said it would be prioritize, however it is more than 5 mins but no one approaches us about what is happening, we just requested for the food to be to-go we are not sure yet if the food served to us is clean because the front person and dinning person are not approachable enough, and they seemed pissed when we talk to them. food panda orders are given priority even when there are atleast 8 orders that still needs to be served. Our order was served after 30 minutes.
I dont blame the staff for the bad customer experience. I blame the management and owner for not providing enough resources to provide a better customer experience.
Also, self serve order kiosk is filled with bugs and they ask people to use it instead of ordering through the counter. Understandable because they were severely understaffed.
