To date, this King Chef Restaurant branch at West Ave cor Quezon Ave is the biggest one they have.

PARKING: Nearest parking is right in front of the restaurant entrance at Quezon Avenue that could tightly fit about 16 cars. We were told they have a more spacious parking facility a few blocks away and a shuttle service is provided to and from the restaurant.

FOOD: Authentic Chinese/Cantonese food with an assortment of dimsum, stir-fried rice, noodles, soup, viands and luxurious meal sets which might include their Peking duck and other specialty menu such as patatim, crabs, or suckling pig. We thoroughly enjoyed our orders but noticed they don't have signature sauces for some dishes that could better elevate the food (e.g. King Style fried chicken goes with siding of banana ketchup, and radish cake is served with hot sauce on the side)

PRICE: A reasonable starting budget per person would be P400-P500.

PROMOS: They have featured promos that may include discounted meals, bundles, or buy-one get-one free.

They have a paid membership card called "Smart Diner", for initial annual fee of P450 which allows for 10% discount on cash payments or 5% discount for card payments. The perks include free birthday noodles worth P220 with minimum P3000 purchase on member's birthday month and 13 more coupons (1 promo offering for each of the month, plus 1 on the birthday month). We found that the 10% member discount, in effect, offsets the 10% service fee that would otherwise be added on your bill.

FACILITIES: They have function rooms for 10 or more guests. The rooms have a minimum P8000 consumable fee on weekdays and P10000 on weekends. Function room use is good food for 3hrs with added P500 for every hour in excess of.

SERVICE: Food was served piping hot and freshly cooked within 10- mins, with some of food items needing longer wait indicated on the menu to help manage diner's expectations. Attendants are highly skilled and attentive and gives sufficient recommendations to narrow down choices as options are overwhelming 😅
