Great dinner experience. Perfect place to go after work if you're looking to recharge yourself. 📜Here's a quick review breakdown: 🍖Food (from what we ordered): Crispy fried tofu - 10/10. generous serving, tastes really gorgeous, served with perfect temperature. Original Crispy Pata - 11/10. This deserves rank #1 spot of all the crispy patas I ate. Very generous plating, perfect crisp, perfectly cooked. Magnificent taste. Sisig - 3/10. It was mushy, everything was soft. It also didn't taste like one. Baked Cheese with Broccoli - 4/10. Weird combination in my opinion, broccoli was overcooked. Bagoong Adobong Rice - 7/10. Slightly saltier than it's supposed to be. Fairly good. 🧱Place: Place was vibrant, Well-lit, and cozy. Excellent placement of music, not too loud, balanced enough when conversing with someone. Place is also vehicle parking friendly. Very satisfied. 🙋‍♂️Service: 10/10 Staff was very accommodating, attentive, and hygenic. Bill waiting time was less than 3 minutes. Very satisfied. Few remarks: Returning customer? : Definitely, YES. I will come back for their crispy pata, it's beyond amazing. Price: Fair enough in exchange for their food quality. Not budget friendly.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times so this review is based on my average feedback per visit. Ambiance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5): Ambiance of the restaurant is just right. They have open air and airconditioned rooms. I like their bar area but they only have limited seating. Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5): The restaurant smells good and floors are clean. They also clean the tables thoroughly after the customers are done eating. Services ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5): It took too long for our food to be served and the queue here quite long especially on lunch time and on weekends. Value for Money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5): Typical filipino dishes, nothing special except for their crispy pata that can be chopped using a popsicle stick. Prices for the dishes are quite expensive considering the serving size of each dishes. Food Quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5): As mentioned on the services criteria, the food took too long to be served but some wasn’t served hot.

I would say it’s the best crispy pata I’ve tasted when it comes to the crispiness of the skin, it’s thin but crispy and the meat is soft (the popsicle stick can literally be used as a knife to cut the meat, that’s how tender it is). The taste was just ok for me though, not too salty and not too bland. Surprisingly, the service was fast, I think it was served within 10 minutes. Only thing I did not like was the packaging fee for takeout food. It’s a little pricey for me (10% of what I ordered, around 70+ for a 700+ meal) considering the food was just in a small carton, the sauce in a small cup wrapped in plastic labo, and everything was in a flimsy brown bag. I had to buy an eco bag at a nearby mall so I could properly carry it. By the time I got home, the oil and sauce has leaked.

I have Standards when it comes to Crispy Pata and the pata with Livestock somewhat differed and reached the bar.

FOOD The PATA tasted like it was marinated smoked before deep frying process. However, i think the Pata that was served to us lacks crispiness which is the selling point of having "Crispy" Pata.

I hope that they also have served different dips for their pata and did not rely to common vinegar soysauce dip.

Sinigang na Salmon - Delicious, warm, and comforting.

Kare-kare - tasty and flavorful.. doesnt need the bagoong for it is already packed with flavor.

Sisig- Plain. Missing the crunch and charred flavors.

SERVICE Our visit is a Sunday night. Not too busy service i should say despite of quite a few group/families dined during that night. Service is a bit slow, though the servers are very polite and smiling.

ATMOSPHERE A bit dark for my dining preferrence. However, it is understanding to what the design and fascade of the resto wanted to envibe......

Been here a couple of times ▪︎Crispy pata's skin is crunchy and the meat is really tender (as promised with their stick gimmick). But if you're craving for something really savory, you may opt to order other food in the menu, or look for other crispy pata restos ▪︎Has wide selection of menu. This resto isn't just for carnivores. Don't worry if you have a family member (seniors, etc) who can't eat much meat, they have a good selection of veggie and non-pork food as well. ▪︎The food is good, and I would certainly love to rate it with 4 stars. However, the staff don't give much consideration to PWDs. We had this one dinner when we were with a PWD and yet the lady crew directed us to a table upstairs since its already packed (Friday night). We'll we thought its just one staircase, but to our surprise, the vacant tables she was referring to, are in the 3rd floor (no elevators). Our PWD companion ended up climbing the steep stairs. ▪︎Has...
