Not having a good experience right now. From parking (where no one is assisting) to entering the restaurant (again no assistance), I had to find our own table because waiters were just passing us by.
Finally somebody (Fred) took our orders (at least this guy was nice). Then, same guy (Fred) who took our order was serving us water but was interrupted by someone (no name tag) who took the tray with water and served it to another table! Duh! When I called that guy's (no name tag) attention, sure he gave us water but when I asked him why he did what he did, he just walked away!
Only their food can salvage this lunch...smh
Still waiting for our food. No mention of waiting time, too. Everybody seems to be running around for some reason. Same with the lady manager. Useless...
Got our food. 😑 That's all I can say.
Thank goodness for their...
Read moreWe came in at around 2:30pm. Sat at a booth area, after a few minutes there was no sign of anyone interested in asking us if we needed a menu. We were seated at the booth behind the table where the servers were eating their meal. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I stood up to ask if there were any servers around. Without any apology or endorsement to the on-duty staff, one server stood and handed us the menu.
Food arrived, it was ok. My chicken was a bit dry.
Another set of servers were eating their staff meal at the same table. No on-duty staff in sight..I raised my hand to request for water and one of the staff that’s on break saw me and immediately avoided my gaze. So no one was around to help. Again, no endorsement to any on-duty staff.
Super disappointed with the overall service of this branch. Max’s, it’s sad your service is...

The only constructive feedback that i would have is for the restaurant to be more accessible to the disabled or those in wheelchairs. I noticed that they had to carry the wheelchair with an elderly woman on it since there is no elevator to go up or down. Also, the main door should have a wheelchair access since there is no guard starioned at all times. It is not only at Maxs but a lot of establishments in the...
