McDonald's Quezon Ave. — Restaurant in Quezon City

Wednesday Feb 9 2022, 9pm

We ordered 1 med shakeshake fries, large sprite and coke float via drive thru here at West 4th quezon city. dispatcher made us wait in a crumpled parking. almost hit a motor just so all cars who are waiting can fit in. we waited quite a while so i decided to go down and follow up. looks like they forgot it but t’was okay. we left then saw the large sprite was more than half empty plus there was no straws. we decided to go back to ask what happened to the sprite and to ask for straws. The cashier saw me but didn’t say anything. the drive thru dispatcher and cashier was just chatting leaning on the wall. so i waited a few more minutes to see if they’ll come to me at the counter for my concern. but no, some of them look so annoyed pa na i was trying to explain what happened. i saw the cashier pa rolling her eyes. i didnt say much kasi im not the type who fights employees. they all looked like they dont care. this one guy helped me (thanks kuya) the rest are really rude with how they looked at me and didn’t do anything, just chatted and chatted with each other. i work in the service industry as well, but never i made a customer feel that he/she is irrelevant. i swear if you can see the look on their faces. hopefully the management can do a service training with this night shift crew. waited so long, orders are not of quality, no straws, staff didnt consider parking was crumpled outside. bad experience talaga. walang sorry,...

I have experience something wrong with that place expecially when parking. At that time, we were just looking for a place to eat so any fastfoods will do.Then the first thing we came across on the road is the McDonald's. We were on our motorcycle and would like to park at their establishment, the problem is the available parking space is already been blocked by a car so since we were so hungry already we parked at the drive thru parking area since we are still their customer that will eat there. Then we finished parking and almost went in when someone or parking attendant call us to move our motorcycle to the vacant space and said he will call the driver of the car that blocked it. He kept saying why did we park at the drive thru parking and said that there was a sign saying drive thru parking. I find it quite rude since we are the customers and you can say it nicely rather than say that you should've seen the sign.

McDonald's teach us how to park when a card is literally blocking the spot. we wished never ate there however at that time we were already so hingry since it eas already 1-1:30 pm around that time.

so next time we wont go there and just look for other fastfood stall rather than that...

Appreciation, long review.

I am not been a fan of McDonalds lately, and to my surprise, I enjoyed it today. I have a 2 yo daughter, as you know, McDonalds is one of the go place to go if you want to have snacks with a PlayPlace. Note: Not all McDonalds branches that have Playplace are opened and operating it, some still doesn't allow due to some restrictions. Things I noticed in this particular branch. The food served is warm. Chicken size and nuggets are big. French Fries taste different, more likely a fresh potato. (I dunno, but for me it taste different and I like it) My daughter saw a balloon on the other table and started to cry to have one. Suddenly a crew (Name tag: Karen) gave my daughter a balloon! I didn't expect that. The Playplace is clean! The Iced Americano less Ice, tastes good also. Overall we had a very wonderful time spent in this McDonalds branch. Will come...
