Kowloon House West Avenue — Restaurant in Quezon City

Spacious place, function rooms are on the second floor. Comfort rooms are clean but trash bins are limited. Observing precautionary measures due to pandemic. Very considerate and helpful staffs. Parking area is available. Food taste for me is average but served hot and fresh. I like the crispy noodles and butchi. I just would like to recommend them not to serve sauces and glasses of drinking water exposed while waiting for the guests. It should be at least in a pitcher while glasses turned upside down. My father use to bring us here for siopao and siomai 45 years ago. Recently I came back after living abroad for 30 years to try my old favorite jumbo pao and siomai and was sadly very disappointed. The dough of the jumbo pao had a brownish tint and was dry and crumbly. The siomai had this artificially yellow skin. The filling although not bad, was not as good as I remember it. Five star for the ladies and Mr. Cholo of the reservation area as they have accommodate us from the start until the end of the event.
