MiPanda Milk Tea, Blue Residences (SMDC) — Restaurant in Quezon City

The staff and manager were disrespectful! They accused customers immediately for the mistake that their cashier staff has actually done without proper consultation or confirmation from the customer. I ordered here around 7pm and paid via GCash. Something so disrespectful happened was later at midnight, the manager kept calling me and didn’t even bother to give me a chance to talk about this properly. She just immediately gave a false accusation against me saying that I paid less of the amount I ordered. In truth, I only ordered one milktea, but she was quick to assume I ordered two (most likely the staff mistakenly punched 2 orders instead of one). But even so, at the time of ordering, the cashier staff and I even double-checked the payment I have made during the transaction. I even returned the cup I ordered to the counter after drinking for disposal. In the end, neither the manager nor the cashier staff even apologized or took accountability of their irresponsibility.
