Mary Grace Cafe delivers a disappointing dining experience that falls well short of expectations, earning only 3 stars for what proved to be not great overall quality across multiple menu items.
The mushroom soup was bland and watery, lacking the rich, creamy consistency and robust mushroom flavors that should define this comfort food staple. The thin, flavorless broth suggested either poor ingredient quality or improper preparation techniques.
The cheese roll was decent, representing the meal's most reliable item with familiar flavors that met basic expectations without particular distinction or memorable quality.
The amatriciana spaghetti with meatballs featured a generous serving that initially seemed promising, but the dish was not the best tasting despite the substantial portion. The pasta preparation lacked the bold tomato and pancetta flavors that should characterize authentic amatriciana, while the meatballs failed to add meaningful flavor or texture to the dish.
The sea salt caramel slice of cake was downright terrible - dry, bland, and lacking in texture. This dessert completely failed to deliver the moist richness and balanced sweet-salty profile that defines quality sea salt caramel preparations, instead offering a disappointing end to an already lackluster meal.

My nostalgic memories of the quality of their food is the only thing that remains good about Mary Grace, as the current reality falls far short of the excellence that once defined this establishment.
I am not happy with the quality of Mary Grace Cafe, as the consistent mediocrity and outright failures across both savory and sweet items suggest fundamental issues that have eroded what was once a beloved dining...

I stopped a crew from proceeding to the kitchen and was told to approach the counter staff.
I explained to him that I have been standing here for couple of minutes now with staff walking away and both counter staffs choosing to face the inward wall instead of serving customer space.
Let's learn to Stop, Think and Respect each...
Read moreI always make sure to visit Mary Grace when visiting the Philippines. This one had the best service. We were greeted and served for the first half by a woman named Alex. She was so sweet and attentive to her customers.
We tried their pasta options (mushroom cream, chorizo & olives, and fresh tomato & herb) which were very flavorful. Not sure if it was worth getting the prosciutto on top. Their cakes of the day that came with the pasta were huge portions. The quality of their service and food in this...
