We, a party of 11, arrived at 7.15 pm last nightand and at least 12 of the buffet dishes were either empty or only scraps were left. The sushi were almost all gone except for a few pieces. Mostly it was like arriving late at big party and what you have are leftovers. According to the manager they 'were "managing' the food. Despite the complaint they did not fill up the empty dishes. He insisted he will bring to the table anyfood that we request (the opposite of a buffet). The presentation was exactly as though a big party had just occurred. The salad dressings were crusting, there were 2 PC's of small potatoes for the roast beef and the man managing that corner said they ran out. The siomai was hard, and of poor quality. The desserts were also mostly gone and very few choices. On top of all that, they kept blaring out on speakers a birthday song every 15 minutes, so loud you cannot hold a conversation. It was extremely disruptive a terrible experience. It was like coming to a place na 'lugi' na. I was deeply embarassed and ashamed I forced myself to eat because I had guests from different countries and they were polite At one point, my sister saw an insect crawl on the table. The only positives were the roast beef and the lechon. And the staff were polite and enthusiastic. Otherwise, the worst buffet I have been to, a truly shoddy experience, a waste of time and money. My embarassment and shame at bringing my guests last night continues to linger like a bad taste in the mouth. I consider it a public duty...
Read moreThe service was not very well-organized. First, the comfort room was quite small. It was okay, but I hope there could be a separate room for staff to change clothes and get ready. Second, I saw a small cockroach near the bread section. Third, it was kinda hot inside. I understand there were many people, but it still felt uncomfortably hot. The fourth concern was about the free birthday cake. I asked if the birthday celebrant could get one, and they said yes. However, two hours passed, and nothing arrived. I followed up, and the staff said to wait. Eventually, someone brought three bite-sized cubed cakes, which appeared to be taken from the cake section on display, along with a broken candle. "Happy Birthday" was written with a heart but without the celebrant's name. I felt embarrassed for the birthday celebrant because, based on what I researched about Dad’s free birthday cake and other buffets, they usually have a specific birthday cake and not just something taken from the display. Also. Limited choices on desserts, most desserts are cakes but the shotglass were none. Please improve your service in these areas.
On the other hand, the staff were attentive in clearing used plates from the table and refilling food in...
Read moreSad to say the quality here is random. Our family has been eating here for 20 plus years? And its sad to say that everything here declined 😢 The table we had has a lot of small cockroaches and i accidentally drank one gg. We still payed btw and gave a tip. Hopefully that'll help them to buy cleaning materials for them to clean their table properly.
Pro tip: also clean the underside of your table and chairs as well, not only at where you see.
Also everyone was starting to itch... I think your establishment has a lot of pest problems.... I suggest when you finish eating at this establishment, disinfect your clothes properly to avoid contaminating your house with bed bugs and cockroaches and take thorough bath.
The food.... Where do i start..... I didn't even bother to fill my stomach. Some of the foods are not fresh anymore. So its kinda risky to eat here as well.
The cake is dry as well and just too sweet or just too bland. No one is eating the kakanin. So i didnt try it cuz thats a good indicator to avoid that food.
I Suggest removing that...
