It's Serenitea! What else can you say? This branch is well stocked and I've never had an instance of wanting something that's unavailable (fyi I just rotate between brown sugar grass jelly and brown sugar Tahoe).

You can dine in here and they serve Grab as well. Staff is friendly and there's waiting and parking area in front.
