Food is hit and miss... Some good, some so-so. The poor service though that you read in the reviews is legit. Staff are unprofessional and no sense of customer service. Missing orders have to be followed up multiple times. As an example, I had ff up 5 different staff for a cup of coffee that they forgot to serve along with other orders. And you can see that most of the staff I ff up the order with didn't even go to the counter. Most staff are ruse and will even outright ignore you. When I was talking to one staff to ff up an order, another staff rudely cut in to speak with her, as in no "excuse me" or anything even though she saw I was speaking with her.
Also, after following up multiple times for the adjusted bill and the senior and pwd cards that our table gave, we were given back a billing jacket that contained around 10 senior and pwd cards! Many obviously belong to other tables. That's how lousy their cashier handles cards. We of course back the cards that weren't ours.
Lastly, don't get fooled by the long waiting queue. I realized it's not because the demand is THAT extraordinarily high but it's because of the inefficient and super long waiting time to be served and bill to arrive, so the tendency of seated customers is to stay much longer...

A very simple request just to make my son's birthday memorable. However, all them neglected our very simple request. I may understand if they are busy assisting other guests, but NO!
