Not a pet friendly restaurant (okay) It would have been nice to approach a customer with courteous attitude and inform about the "no pets allowed INSIDE" policy or just put a signage. Instead of approaching like that, the staffs lazily just informed abruptly WHILE taking our orders in the cashier. It would be sooo great if the staff informed us about the no pets allowed inside, before we entered the establishment but no^^ We cancelled our order and head out of the establishment to find another restaurant to dine, and we saw that there is an AL FRESCO AREA JUST OUTSIDE THEIRS. Didn't you know about the set up of the restaurant that you have been working on???
Also the staffs are in the back area just using their gadgets/phone while there are customers need of assistance at the cashier area, and also not cleaning the table that has been left by customers a while ago.

My personal favorites (though I didn't order these items at the Centris branch) are: ✨ Prawn & Veggie Tempura Bento - Crispy and satisfying! 👌 ✨ Beef Misono Bento - Tender and tasty! 😋
Additional notes: -- I personally think that the place is extremely quiet. While I'm the type to appreciate silence, when dining, I like the atmosphere to be more relaxing than it be too dull and boring. But this is just MY thought, and I'm not the only customer. I don't know what the others prefer, but I guess a subtle music will improve the vibe. :)

Read moreI ordered a take out of the Sumo Meal for two. I told the staff that my Mom's favorite is the tempura and he was quick to suggest that I can choose two tempura order. While waiting for my order, I did a quick check of my receipt and note that there was an error. When I told the staff about it, he was quick to admit that he erroneously added a tempura order (haha, most probably due to our chat). Anyway, I was quite happy with how he handled the error and how he resolved it. Since it is a credit card transaction, he gave me his number just in case I have a problem with my billing.
