Starbucks Eton Centris - Quezon City NCR — Restaurant in Quezon City

So we had a meet a few hours ago and the staff of the Starbucks turned off the aircon in the 2nd floor we even asked them why they turned off the aircon but the only thing they said is that it was "FAULTY" which I know is not true because this also happened to one of the meet that happened there. after just a few minutes of turning it off, it was already so hot that we had to end the meet as fast as possible and they turned it off, while raining so when the meet ended it was still raining some of us had to just get out because we can't bear the heat even though when we go out we would most likely become wet because of the rain..By the way, almost all of us who were in the meet bought beverages from SB some even bought multiple drinks just to give to some people who were late at the meet. Just like any other Starbucks, there's nothing special here. As usual, so many people hang out for a very long time, just minding their own use of space. The Baristas never miss providing exemplary customer service. It's spacious because it have more sits upstairs, and when we got here it was jampacked good thing most of them are about to leave. Around Nov. 2022: 1 ⭐Bad Service!!! Sometimes the staff and even the manager are hostile. They looked annoyed when you touched the merchandise. They look exhausted and unfriendly. This branch has the worst team. They seemed insincere and hateful to customers. I like the place, but the staff will make you feel uncomfortable. They just make you think you must leave as soon as possible.
