Bonchon Chicken - Market Market — Restaurant in Taguig

Bad experience with their cashier and staffs. I requested water and the cashier wanted me to go upstairs, but there's no water there. Then another staff requested me to go back again on the cashier. Waited for like 5+ minutes standing just to get water, which was good if it was given already in the first place.

Food is also not hot already. We need to follow up a couple of times so that it will be served. There's also wrong order number given to us, the probable reason why they were not able to serve it on time. Food came after 20 minutes, but the prescribe arrival of the food is 10-15 minutes. There's no enough staff wandering around, naipon lahat ang mga tao sa may kitchen area. I rarely give reviews to businesses but sadly di ako satisfied sa service. Food is generally good naman talaga sa other branches ng Bonchon pero dito parang pinapabayaan mga customers.

Went to Bonchon as I crave chicken. Tried their boneless chicken, and I can say it was good. 299 for 6 pieces is actually quite pricey for me; it's good for 2 persons if both of you are not big eaters. Well, for the taste, Bonchon didn't disappoint, though. Simply put, I didn't receive the flavors I requested. I only received the honey citrus although I purchased the yangnyeom and the honey one. The slow servings are what dissappoint me; I wait for about half an hour for a boneless chicken and a regular japchae, even though they told it would only take up to like fifteen minutes. Probably the worst Bonchon branch I've ever been to.

I ordered their chicken meal and was advised that it would take at least 20 minutes. The food ended up taking almost a full hour. By that time, some of the customers who had been waiting before me demanded a refund and had already left.Sadly, the long wait time wasn't the only thing I had to complain about. I waited almost an hour for undercooked chicken, and the fries were almost cold.

The place was a complete mess too. Finished plates were left on the tables, and the staff couldn't even be bothered to clean them up.
